The Home Depot

I'm always impressed by the variety Home Depot offers for home improvement needs. Their staff are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure a smooth shopping experience. I must commend their plant section, which has noticeably expanded recently. It's bigger, greener, and provides a great selection for both indoor and outdoor plants. Definitely a one-stop-shop for all home and garden needs.

I came here to rave about the associate Tameka G. She was immensely helpful and provided some of the best customer service that I have ever received. These days, great customer service is becoming an antiquity, but people like Tameka provide me with hope. She went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a top-notch one!
Her service was so great that I wanted to have a short chat with a manager, but unfortunately I was unable to. Hopefully, management will notice and notate this review and reward Tameka appropriately.
Again, 10/10 experience!

Cortez in the paint department has outstanding customer service! This man made sure that I got everything that I needed to get my building painted correctly and I was just astonished on how he was so helpful and just pleasant! I really love this Home Depot and I will definitely be coming back!

Came here to pick up my cabinets for my kitchen remodel. I had 10 very large boxes and just wanted to say how awesome Brennan was for loading them in the truck. There was also a lady helping but I didn’t get her name. He was patient and so sweet, very very nice. And he even called a few hours later to make sure everything was okay transporting the boxes to my home. Thanks Brennan!

I came in for potting mix and Howard gave me the best service I’ve ever received at any store. He was very knowledgeable about plants and made sure that I got the right mix and the right sized pot. He repotted my plant for me as well. Howard went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Because of him, I will be returning back to this location for all of my plant needs. Thanks so much!!

My granddaughter is in the medical field working the night shift and her work shoe needed fixing. I found the product no one,had it but home Depot. I met wonderful Caring employees along the way helping me which is special these days . I thank God for blessing me with Caring employees at home Depot. When my granddaughter got off work, she stopped to get the product which is on her route home. Mission accomplished by 75 year old granny!

I was just here to grab supplies for a project. I was making Lean shelters for the homeless and thought this was the best dang bike depot ever. What they lost in size, they make up for in customer service. The girls in the paint department deserve raises. I had a weird light bulb if never seen before and neither had they. So who's I went with a lovely young lady, looking brown hair, can't remember names you save my life, to pick out a green paint for my chain link fence, they went to work on finding out what it was for, what location to find it in. This Home Depot is my new home away from home.

Only complaint, when I first got there the secret shopper of lost prevention followed me a little too close for comfort and to long. I understand his job, but just because my pants are dirty, and I had paint on me still, and maybe smelled like a wet dog and a bonfire doesn't mean I'm gonna take your stuff. It means I'm sitting in the rain at times to assist others in a mission to assist the homeless and often forgotten citizens.
And one of my dogs are almost always with me.
To make the guy go away I had to turn to him and ask if I could help him. Then for him to not follow me anymore.
The guy said he would get me an employee to help me during my search or something like that.
Sooo....

I was looking for one item. The website said this midtown store had it. Called and at first said I would have to come in store to find it myself. I explained I was 92 miles away. The employee agreed to check, put me on hold, and came back to say he saw them - all 35. Yay! Drive the 92 miles and walked the entire store with 3 other people looking. Finally spoke to manager, explained situation, and he said let me check into it. That man walked that store until he FOUND them!! We were in the store for one hour. The item was still in a box in the fourth/top level of the rack system. Not pleased with guy on phone but the manager ROCKED! One other employee looked all over with us. We were very appreciative.

I love Home Depot. Customer service was excellent. The garden in this store was beautiful. I am an urban gardener and I spent a lot of money there. The plants were extrememy healthy. They did not suffer shock when I placed them in the ground at my home. My new hand tools make my gardening easier and an utter delight. Friendly workers helped me load heavy soil and mulch bags into my car.

I went to Home Depot for wood for shelves in my closet I'll be back to buy some wood and a wooden crate to make bookcase I make that for my crafts

Great experience at this Home Depot. We went for house plants, and we found several good selections. They don't have a good variety of pots when we looked. They have some, but not a lot.

Kevin works in the paint department is always demonstrate higher levels of kindness and support for the customers he shows concern and people skills. He always willing to help. He a great person he great management skills. I'll recommend Kevin thanks for always taking Care of me Kevin. Linda

The staff, Keena, helped us to resolve
this problem and schedule people to fix the problem. I appreciate her help a lot! One other thing I learned they are not responsible
for our issue since we ordered online. We will try to purchase in the shop in person next in the future.

We ordered a gas oven range. The delivery guys didn’t install properly and it causes a safety issue. We can’t use it. We are trying to reach out to the customer service in home depot midtown (since our house is in morningside) but the staff hung up the calls twice after saying hold on. Once we are connected, she was trying to transfer to other person (she seemed to have no knowledge to take care of this case) and hung up again.

We are on our way to go to home depot in person since their customer service is not working at all. Very frustrated.

I went here for many pickup orders as I was moving needed more and more moving boxes.
So all the time was spent at the pickup counter and the person at the counter each time was different making it a mixed bag. I had really good experience to weird one.
But that's not why your at home depot. get your stuff and get out.
When I asked a where a perticular item was I was directed to the right place with very high accuracy. So no problems there.

The staff here really go above and beyond. Crystal is absolutely a delight. Her and everyone working customer service worked so hard to make sure everyone was helped in a timely manner. They were incredibly busy, and Crystal still took the time to help me individually with a problem I was having regarding an order pick-up. When the trash can that I ordered was not in stock, she did everything she good to make my experience better and I really appreciate her for it! Top-notch service with excellent staff!

I live in Atlanta and I have been to most of the home depots in the area. This one always seems to be the most well staffed. I don't know if it's just when I come because I usually go on the weekend but I'm always able to find someone to help me out. I kind of don't want to recommend it because it's like my secret spot lol

I’m not from here and was just running in to grab a few things for my mom. All of the employees were so nice and welcoming! Some of them gave me compliments & were more than happy to help me. The guy who was checked me out before I left was cool too. I definitely recommend shopping here!

Jonathan from the tool rental department saved my butt twice! Had rented a Home Depot van from Fetch and couldn’t start the car for some reason but he figured it out.

I then also left my apartment gate card in the van and Fetch also wouldn’t answer my calls but he found a spare key and let me grab my gate key! Big help thanks for your patience 🙏

The store was great, the employees were awesome and apparently what I went there for was just as great...a Toro lawn mower. They were sold out but did find a location for me to get one and I did. It was also on sale so I saved over $100 based on the time the associate gave to help me. Thank you so much for being there!
