Riverside Ace Hardware

This is my go-to hardware store! Their staff is super friendly and very helpful at finding items. I also recently got my weed eater string stuck in my weed eater. I had purchased it from ACE. I took it there and they were able to fix it and teach me how to re-string it. I highly recommend this ACE store.

Christmas shopping complete! Everyone finds something they love even the little ones. Super cute building sets are fun to put together,precious time spent together is priceless. We love Ace Hardware,see you soon!

Well organized and clean store. If you can't find what you're looking for, don't worry, at least three members of staff will offer to help you before you get out.

5 stars only because there is not a ten plus. To heck with blows and the big orange. Spent hours of my life looking for a simple light rheostat. Took the great crew at ace on riverside 5 minutes to find me what I needed, got asked 4 times if I found everything I needed. They need to give big blue and the big orange lessons. Love these guys.

Excellent location, a great variety of products, and associates among the best I'veseen ANYWHERE make this store my new favorite for repair projects, yard maintenance, and power tools needs.

Great store. Helpful staff. Easy to find what you are looking for, and they have a great selection of tools and hardware. I was looking for a pointed shovel and there were at least four different brands and multiple choices in each brand. The shovel I ended up buying was a serious heavy duty shovel unlike anything you would find at Home Depot or Lowes.

Only decent place on that side of town, they got what you need.

I always go there to get battery replacements for keys to my vehicle...garage door opener and other things. The older gentleman that works in that department is always helpful and polite. I will continue to patronize them. Very helpful. The Ace on Riverside Dr. Macon, GA. Thank you.

Love the service that I have received

No problem with the staff or store at all. All the problems with the "i need a manager" haircut who saw me trying to back into a tight space so I could load heavy material, and whipped it in while I was changing gears. Not positive, but pretty sure your husband doesn't actually love you, and your friends sigh when you come to ladies night dinner. Your kids don't call because you are insufferable. The world would be better off if you just sat down somewhere and didn't get in the way of real life.
Hope your bird feeder wasn"t too heavy to carry 20 ft from the door.

I would very much like to take this time to thank 3 VERY SPECIAL GUYS Paul, Oneal and Dax for helping this one handed lady that needed their help. All 3 made sure I had just what I needed. I usually visit Riverside Ace Hardware during off peak hours. The staff is always eager to help however they can. Sometimes that's just pointing me where to go for what I want. Other times it's helping to weigh the pros and cons of the products I'm considering or recommending a product based on my descriptions of needs. I prefer to shop here when I can rather than Lowe's or Home Depot.

This store personnel is consistently able to help find what I am looking for to do each project. I have always been treated politely and with respect, even if I was clueless. There is always someone willing to help quickly. This is my choice store for home hardware!

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks. Lol Truly a helpful place. They seek out and ask if customers need help. All customers. The Stihl section is awesome and the repair center is the best by far
