This is the kind of hardware store you can go wander around in and get lost happily. The staff is great. ANY time I have been looking for some old, discontinued, unique or just random item I don't know the name of but I have the part it attaches too with me, they will treat me like a person. And you can guarantee they either have the part or will have it for me super faster than anyone else. They may be a tad bit more expensive but they balance that with experience and I am grateful. Thanks guys.

Ive been going there for years. Always friendly. I've never had an unpleasant experience there. They have a little bit of everything a home owner might need, and then some. And if they dont have it they can usually order it for you. It may cost literally one or two more dollars than it would at some huge corporate store, but Ill pay the extra minimal fee to support local business in my community.

My favorite hardware store it's small but they have extensive inventory and knowledgeable staff also plants , if they don't have it they will get it .

After driving all over town looking for a fix for my old dripping bathtub faucet I arrived at Karsten and Denson with a handful of parts. He knew exactly what I had and sold me a repair kit for seven dollars. They saved me a ton of money

This is my favorite store in Macon. Staff is always helpful. Today, I was offered assistance before I had even walked through the door. I leave this store in a good mood every time - the exact opposite of what happens to my mood at Lowe's or Home Depot. Also, despite it's small size, I have never been unable to find what I was looking for. Stores like this are so very rare these days, so I come here as often as I can because I want it to be here forever.

Local neighborhood hardware store, they'll help you find what you need. Nice staff that really gets to know their customers! They also carry an assortment of pet products, including cat & dog food.

Love this ole fashion original style hardware store. It's the way hardware stores should be. Great customer service with people who know their products and have the experience to answer any question I have ever asked. It the way Hardware Stores was before big box entered. Big box stores will not carry items you will find here. Where do I find a 1900 brass doorknob? Here!!! Support these stores because when they are gone, you will never find this customer service and knowledge in any big box store...EVER!
