Upon entering the store I was made aware that they did not have a handicapped cart available for use. At one time they did have 1 cart at this store. I am a double amputee & was with my 91 yo mother who was looking for shoes. The shoe department in this store is all the way in the back North East corner.

GREAT assortment of FISHING TACKLE, 10× better than Walmart, better prices than Bass Pro Shops... GREAT Boat Supplies, and Outdoor Clothing, including Rain Gear, Waders, Magellan Fishing shirts, Guns & Ammo.... They have it all, I was VERY impressed !!

My first experience with the curbside service. I ordered online, waited for my pickup confirmation, got to my spot, checked in, and didn't have to wait long at all even though there was only one young man bringing out the orders. Great job, BTW!!!

Had a very friendly staff and everything I needed!
Clean store. Good selection of clothes for men and hunting and fishing supplies.

Needed dri fit shirts for work. Came in and found exactly what I needed. They were $25 a piece but the quality is so good that it’s worth it.

Always in-and-out quick, employees are usually nice, and they can hook you up with a hunting license!

Met an associate named Joyce who gave the best customer service I've had in a long time! I couldn't find a pair of shoes in my size, she checked inventory and it said there were two pair in my size. That Joyce looked high and low not to be be defeated, unfortunately she couldn't find the shoe. Her kindness and thoughtfulness is what made me leave with a smile on my face. And the biggest, most important part of it all was that made me want to shop for something else. Academy made an unintended sale today because someone gave great customer service.

Omg the whole staff was wonderful. No matter where i was in the store they directed me to the right person. Checkout was a breeze. I recommend everyone to go in this store to shop. Im big on customer service and they get a A+ from me. Also i was greeted at the door.

Team here was very helpful. I love that I got my Braves, Falcons, and Dawg gear when I was in Georgia.

I called looking for a particular shoe and spoke with Shoe Salesman Austin who was phenomenal. He was very well mannered and attentive to my need. I felt valued as a customer. Austin showed impeccable customer service. If you haven't already promote this young man because he so deserves it. Keep up the good work!

I don't know how much Jimmie is being paid but that man deserves a raise! One of the kindest, most helpful, above and beyond amazing employees I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have actively avoided this location for the most part and gone to watson blvd. I will be going here more often from now on. Our cashier Jamere was also very friendly and helpful as well!

I really like Academy that has some good shirts and pants that i found from a grandson there.

I think my husband has gotten me addicted to this store. Lol

A very positive retail experience. I went to this location to purchase a holster for a pistol that I own. I wanted to try the pistol in the holster to be sure of the fit but was unsure of how to proceed I met a member of staff who I will identify as Michael H in the parking lot and explained to him what I wanted to do.

He was gracious enough to explain the procedure and said he would be more than glad to accompany me into the store if I wanted to get my pistol. Making sure that the magazine was removed and the chamber empty I went into the store and checked the pistol in. He then took the time to walk me back and discuss with me the options I had with their inventory and was more than glad to open packages so that I could put the pistol into the holster and try it out.

At no time did I feel rushed all pushed in a particular direction to buy a particular product that they had on the shelf I was allowed to ask all the questions I wanted to and to make my own decision with his helpful advice. In a world where people react differently to other people with firearms I was made to feel extremely comfortable and confident in the store.

OMG gosh... what a fun experience. Both Noah and Angela Couch helped me. They are amazing and are so knowledgeable about the items in their dept. I bought sneakers and leggings. They helped me with smiles, giggles, knew the answers to my questions and we had fun. What a great staff you have with those two employees.
