I needed a simple pair of boots for my landscaping job. Luckily Liz was there. She let me try on 3-4 pairs of boots before we found the right one. Liz was extremely helpful and kind. I recommend the store and ask for Liz for assistance.

I've bought 2 pair of work boots from them and haven't been let down yet. 1st pair lasted me 2 and a half years. That's very impressive in the line of work I do. Whereas boots from other stores usually last me about 6 months to a year. I just now recently bought the second pair and have no complaints about them.

Personal service unmatched. Love my new boots. Recovering from two broken feet and these boots feel soooo good. I have to be careful in them cause they are so comfy I forget I am in recovery.

25 years, great boots. This was my first time visiting a red wing store and I was very impressed. The salesman was extremely helpful. I told him what kind of boot I was looking for and he showed me and explained the differences between each boot. Then made sure I was happy with the way they fit. Very helpful all around and a great experience, thank you!

So after reading reviews from the aka communist diaper post, then seeing that every other review was a 5 star, I went here to go shopping. No, they didn't have the work boot I needed, but my job is extremely safety oriented. With all options I needed, it had to be ordered. Dan did everything to make sure I was comfortable and had me try on boots that were similar to the boots ordered. He did everything to check and make sure that boots would be perfect for me. I should have my boots in a couple of days. But I know with the knowledge Dan had with his products that he knew they would work. Love the warranty and customer service was best I've had. If you come in here with a terrible attitude, you will walk out same way giving a 1 star review. But come in here like a grown adult, respectful, and willing to humble yourself and go with suggestions of a professional that knows his product. You will then give a 5 star review and leave with some great boots.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a machine that digital measures your feet and shows your pressure points. So you know you are getting a good fit and the right support.

The guy I dealt with (in his 50s long hair pulled back) made it feel like we were old friends and was able to help point me in the direction with which boots I needed. Exceeded my expectations once again.

They most usually have my husband's boots in stock and are kind enough to ship them to us since we're 60 miles away. Never a hassle and good quality footwear.

My new "go to" boots place. The staff is always helpful and polite. I went here after years of hit and miss purchases with another brand. My job requires a lot of walking and it is mostly on concrete. After years of this daily foot abuse I got plantar fasciitis. I followed the advice of a coworker and went to Red Wing. They got me set up with.a new pair of boots and custom insoles. Within a week I started to notice relief from the plantar fasciitis. Now I'm completely pain free. I returned to get a second pair recently and can say that Red Wing is my new favorite boot brand.

I have heard “one boot is as good as the next” for years. It is simply not true. I have purchased work boots from nearly every manufacturer. Red Wing is by far, the best.

They are not cheap... but as you know, you get what you pay for. Stay away from the branded socks though. They don’t hold up to the Red Wing name.

I usually wear Ariat or Carhart and a friend from MN suggested to just try a pair of the Red Wing safety toe boots. Impressed with the form and feel. Then the insert was put in and I was sold. The soles are enough to transform any boot but this combo is fantastic. Being in boots for 12 hours a day makes you consider a lot when making such a considerable purchase. Megan S. was my sales associate and she did and superb job of tending to the specifications I needed as well as finding the right size boot and sole. Highly recommended!!
