The store was clean and well lit, and the employees were helpful. The item I was looking for did not have a price tag on or near it, which is a disappointment because I prefer not to have to ask. However, when I asked an employee for assistance, they helped immediately and did not act like I was troubling them. I would 100% shop here again.

I called them to find a product for my kitchen countertops. Although they didn't have what I needed the woman on the phone was extremely helpful to me. She was so accommodating. She really was a great help. Thanks so much.

Great place to shop for hardware and gardening items. We needed to get keys made. The employee who helped us was super nice. Didn't have to fight through crowds of people. It was a nice experience.

This is our favorite place to go for beautiful flowers and all the fun things we need to get ready for outside fun. Great staff and very helpful,even talking with my young son about the fountains that he loves. Bonus,my husband is in no hurry to leave because he is to busy looking at tools. I adore this place, and the staff. We have such a pleasant experience every time we go. It doesn’t matter if I run in for a $20 air filter or when we bought a $3000 grill set up. I’m treated great. The manager Jared is wonderful. He made sure my wife’s birthday surprise was set up on the day I needed for a perfect day. I go here for everything I possibly can. Nice rewards program too!

Someone always asks if I need help finding anything in a sincerely helpful way. I was there tonight and there were 2 checkout lanes open. Another person and I both got into line at the same time while someone was checking out at each of the available registers. As soon as we reached the line, two employees rushed over to open additional registers so that we didn't have to wait. It is refreshing to visit a store that obviously focuses on customer service!

Friendly helpful service. Nice selection of chainsaws, but they seemed to be out of stock on a few of the mid priced ones. They have a good selection of items throughout the store and it's convenient when not looking to take a trip to a bigger box store. I have ordered ship to store items in the past here and I was pleased with the purchase. All in all...worth a visit!

I have been going here for years for various home repair and maintenance goods and services! Their customer service is top notch and everyone is always so friendly. Most of all, I love their garden department -- wonderful quality and selection of plants! They are a great store and I plan to continue shopping there for a long time.

What an awesome place!. Saved ACE hardwarees reputation when the "self proclaimed Manager" from the Riverside drive location ruined it by refusing to cut a simple regular key. Because it wasnt purchaed from him.! I can understand the reason, but there was no excuse to cop an attitude with me over it. I asked if that is a new policy? Because they cut my keys for me all the time...he said "well im the manager, and i said im not cutting it!" I explained and showed it was a brass key and not a laser cut/sidewinder key. He still had the attitude and walked away. I went to the Forstyh road location, they looked at the key and were puzzled why he would t cut it and was able to get it cut no problem. I will continue to shop at this location from now on. I hope the riverside location eventually gets shut down. In todays economy customer service is king. Period.

Due to the storms I needed a bigger and better chainsaw and some other tools. The team at this location was extremely helpful including John who helped me pick the right chainsaw and make sure I could safely operate it.

I have been shopping at today's hardware for a decade now, and I have always found the store Associates to be extra helpful and knowledgeable. They have assisted me with returns and warranty issues, that I am certain other places would not touch. Th e quality of materials purchased is always top notch. I am especially fond of John Linderman and Robyn, who have tirelessly helped me with warranty and purchase issues. I will never shopped anywhere else for hardware materials, grills or grilling items,

Excellent customer service! Zack and Tyler were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me! I had horrible experiences at both Lowe’s and Home Depot before going to Ace.
Ace will now be my first go to place.

Very friendly people! I bought a Weber grill from them. Mr. Floyd delivered it and when it didn't work properly he came and fixed it immediately. Great customer service!

They're not a big box store, they don't have absolutely everything, but what they've got they'll help you find. Their advertising theme used to be Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man. I don't know why they don't run that anymore, except that their helpful hardware man is often a helpful hardware woman.
Their garden store is the best their plants are first-rate.
