The deals are fantastic here, but the customer service was like no other. Marla helped me, and she went above and beyond. I live 2 hours away and stopped in the store looking for a certain sectional. Although none were available, Marla gave me her contact info and said she would let me know if something similar came in. She was so dedicated and persistent in sending me pics of possible candidates. Finally, after 2 months, the perfect sectional came in and she remembered me enough to send me pics. It was an unbeatable deal! I have an extremely busy schedule and I couldn't make it into the store, but I didn't want to lose out on the item, so she helped me purchase it electronically and even helped me find a delivery company to deliver it to my door two hours away! This type of customer service rarely exists anymore. I'm so grateful for her help! Stop by and ask for Marla! I guarantee she will help you find what you're looking for!

My saleswoman is Ms. Marla. She always knows exactly what I am looking for. She is friendly and has high customer service standards. She is efficient and helped me find what I wanted for my front room. I can call and give her a description of what I need and by the time I arrive she already has several items for me to choose from. I am happy with my purchase.

Michael Hendley provided me with excellent customer service. I was in desperate need in finding a piece of furniture. I called the Forrest Park location, spoke with Michael who was prepared to provide me with the cost of the item and informed me the item was in stock for pickup per my request. Once in the store it was no wait time for him to come and greet me. He showed me what I would be picking up and inquired if this item was what I was looking for and inquired if I had any questions . He directed me to the payment desk and directed me where I could pick up my item. The process was smooth,easy and I was in and out within approximately 15 minutes or less. Ask for Marla! Trust me. This young lady went above and beyond to help me find the sectional of my dreams. Her customer service is A-plus. She didn't follow me all over the store. She gave me space to look around and test out all the sectionals without making me feel rushed. Marla was very knowledgeable about the different sectionals and answered all my questions. She kept the lines of communication open with me up until after the delivery of my couch. I will be going back to that rooms to go when I'm ready to buy furniture for my daughter's room. Tanji Green is AWESOME!!!!. Her customer service is extremely exceptional. I was worried however when but her introduction introduced relaxed me the whole time as she went directly to what I described. She found me the best deal money could buy. I am truly impressed with her knowledge of business and insight. She painted a picture of how items that I purchased would fit in my children’s room. I hurried to make the purchase.
I was looking around for about 20 minutes and it took Mrs. Green a few seconds to point me in the right direction. The purchase of furniture took a few seconds. She was down to earth and friendly. I would highly recommend her. There aren’t enough stars to rate her , so I guess 5 will have to do. I was so happy and she made my day, GREAT!!!!

Justin was great and recovered a sale. I was very frustrated with Brianna once she helped me with one chair she them told me she has other customers. It wasn't my fault that the one chair didn't work and I would have to go to other side to try another chair. I was very turned off and told her to go on. I saw her again just standing no customers in sight. But again I told Justin and he helped complete the sale. Kudos to Justin and bad customer service to Brianna maybe Justin will show her better customer service skills!!!!

My sales associate Marla was everything! Very informative and assisted me to her best ability.

My sister and I went in looking for her a soft and found the perfect one and I found the chair that matched my sofa. Our salesman Justin was so attentive while making sure we found what we wanted he had the most gracious personality. I purchased the 2 piece living room set for my newly revamped house on Labor day Monday, six months ago, with using my $50.00 off coupon, and had it set up to be delivered to my house that upcoming Sunday a week prior of my purchase, and sure enough my 2 piece living room set has been delivered as promised (which I had to pay $99.99 for delivery/set up) but other than that both my purchase & delivery was outstanding to be of customer service. But for the most part I'm definitely coming back to Rooms to go outlet furniture store this year to see about buying a gray recliner chair from there, as well as a set of bar stools for my kitchen too.

The sales person who sold me my 2 piece living room set was Mr.Taylor Hicks who was helpful, fast, and exceptionally good.

I had a great experience with Tanji! She had great customer service & knowledge of the items I was looking for. I went in for a particular item & left with something better & cheaper which was recommended by Tanji.

Justin was our service rep and he was amazing. He wasnt persistent and allowed you to shop in peace. If you had any questions he was available.
