I bought A mattress and platform. The lady that helped me was very understanding and patient. I told her that I had a budget and she didn’t pressure me to go over my budget. She helped me until we found something that worked for me. Delivery was great as well.

I love the fact that I can always go back to purchase What I need. My payment only goes up a little. Badcock's prices are very reasonable. And they have a great selection. If you see what you like on their floor. They will check their other stores to accommodate you. Well I will say this: I'm a customer for life .

Nita at Jackson Georgia store was the best, she was very knowledgeable and friendly.

My experience was amazing! I forgot to write her name down for the review ! She was very professional , informative and had amazing customer service! I was greeted with a smile ! She helped me find exactly what I needed & was 100% honest with me when it came down to the products. I will definitely be back again to get more ! Also , Mrs. Angel at the desk gave amazing customer service as well !

Sweetest and most delightful Salesperson ever!! She let my husband and me browse for a long time but kept checking on us, periodically. After I made my decision , she offered one suggestion which fit our needs perfectly. She then very efficiently wrote up the bill of sale!! Beautiful experience at Badcock’s in Jackson, GA!

I went to the store to add an item to my account And not only did the staff add it but the addition of the purchase also made my account payment go down by $50 Which was very surprising. I have also purchased a living room suit from them which I have had issues with and they worked with the manufacturer to get it replaced for me very quickly. The staff here is very professional, friendly helpful and do a great job I wouldn't think of purchasing furniture anywhere else. The customer service experiences were very good and helpful at the Jackson, George location Badcock Further store.✅👁👁

I purchased a new Maytag Bravos washer and dryer the end of February by August the dryer had quit heating. Maytag sent a repair technician out 4 times with 3 different parts and it still didn't work. Maytag said they would send the technician back out in 3 weeks (this was October 1st). I called Badcock just to see if there was anyway they could help and the manager Holly quickly resolved my issue by allowing me to exchange and as a result I upgraded the dryer. I was frustrated and stressed out with the situation and her kindness and empathy for my situation was just what I needed. I initially went to Badcock because it's was the closest to home, I'll return because I trust that I'm in good hands and know that they look out for their customers, even when it isn't their fault.

Angel is awesome!! I used to deal with her at the McDonough store and shes always been the best! She does everything in her power to make sure you are taken care of. And since I needed a new mattress even though she switched stores all the way to Jackson Ga. I didn't hesitate to drive all the way there from my house in Stockbridge just so I could deal with her again. In my eyes she definitely deserves a promotion and a raise. THANKS ANGEL!!!

Salesperson very patient with me as I looked for the perfect recliner for me. Nita never rushed me.

Normally I don't like going into a retail furniture place, but...we went JUST to see how expensive the items were.
TO OUR SURPRISE...the prices were somewhat reasonable. We actually saw something we kinda wanted but it was a good bit out of our $ range.
Well, made a counter offer...waited a couple of days & found out our offer was accepted !?!
Needless to say, "Thanks Badcock for great customer service ! We love our oversized, motorized recliner !!"

The ladies at the desk were great and definetly personable. My mother was needing a couple items and they worked with us. We bought he the items and now awaiting the delivery. Hands down the best Badcock furniture around.

I found everything I needed and purchased even more because the sales associate (Nita) that helped me was so friendly and helpful she made the whole experience a breeze. I will be back again and definitely ask for Nita again.
