One of my best gastronomic experiences of recent times, the predisposition, good energy and attention are remarkable in this restaurant. The delicious burgers and we even had a gift for our little dog. Thank you for everything!

The most darling little roadside stop! Walk up and order. There are picnic tables with umbrellas to eat at. Great food and the kindest guy running the place. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger, fries, and chicken strips kids meals. We couldn't believe how much bacon was on the sandwich! There was probably 6 slices!! We would definitely stop by again!

Food is great. From the time we arrived there was a line. We had the bacon cheese burger and a Philly cheese sandwich combos. Delicious. I guess the brownies are excellent but he sells out everyday.

What a cool spot randomly on the side of Lunenburg County Road (near 360)...defintely worth the side trip! Burgers, Onion Rings, Fries, Milk Shakes...need I say more? All prepared fresh...dined outside on their clean picnic area. Will be back ASAP.

Got a kid's meal of chicken tenders and fries. Only $4.50, and a canned Sprite for $1.50. Fries were tasty, crispy and had a little skin on them. Chicken tenders we're hand battered and devoured by a 6 year old. The service was great and the man remembered to give us the sauce we requested and ketchup. The outdoor eating space was beautiful and well maintained. Clean area and quiet. Highly recommend.👍🏻

A great Locally Owned outdoor Cafe by a wonderful family. Awesome food. Enjoy summers just to stop by for ice cream and other wonderful foods.

I wanna start with the food since it's what I was told about. The cheese steak is amazing and best in town. Coming from up north in Philly growing up with cheese steaks around and missing home, they were the best around by far.
Next is the service. They are nice, courteous, and on top of their orders with the customers. They have a wide variety and customizations with their food, they are on top of each orders.
Atmosphere wise is an outdoor setting as if it's a food truck. Nothing beats that with the nice weather picnic seats and umbrellas.

This is a local favorite of my husband’s. He’s a sandwich guy and he gives this place a thumbs up for great hearty- man sized sandwiches with lots of flavor. The staff is the most pleasant down to earth folks. The quality is the same with every visit. Check them out to satisfy the hunger beast with their sandwiches 🥪.

This place is the most amazing restaurant I've ever been to. If you live within a million miles I'd make a detour to eat here.

I'm visiting from the west coast and they remembered my gf's whole family and their orders. She hasn't been here in 2 years, they even remembered me from a few months ago. It's a truly special place.

New to the area and first time here. We will definitely be back. I thought it was just hotdogs and ice cream but there is soooo much more.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Got the cheese burger and gyro combo. If we are ever in the area again we will be stopping by to try more. Friendly service and just a fun time.

We have been coming yearly to this little hamburger stand for the past 10 years approximately. The hamburgers are fantastic and the other sandwiches are also. Some of the best ice cream as well. You can expect a line of people waiting to order if you arrive near dinner time but the short wait is definitely worth it. We can't wait until next time already. Stop by for some food and eat at the picnic tables. 2022 update...gets better every year.

Incredibly delicious and worth the trip! We visit in VA once a year and make it a point to head over to Ethel's for hot dogs, ice cream, and onion rings. Friendly service and wonderful food. Don't pass them up if you're out there! They're worth the trip!!!

There's a reason this place has almost a 5 star average! This place is worth driving out of your way for! It doesn't look like much driving by but everything from this old school lunch wagon is hands down delicious! There's usually a long line and a bit of a wait to get your food but believe me it is worth the wait! I don't know how Larry does it but he manages to remember all of his customers' names which is something very unique! This place is truly something special and should be recognized as such!

This is a roadside stand with picnic tables. The food was awesome. I had a burger combo, hubby had a combo with 2 hot dogs. Everything was cooked fresh and was delicious. We finished up with a cone of their Lemon Crunch ice cream
It was also amazing and very refreshing. Ethel's is about a mile off RT 360 and worth the short trip.

This is a truly one of a kind place! Love the food, the old school atmosphere & the owners are gems. The cheesesteaks are the favorite of our family. Oh, and the homemade brownies? So good! Open only on the weekends seasonly, it is worth the wait in line!
