Pleasurable experience at the phone store today. Purchase an upgrade and everything was smooth from transferring data to screen protector and any questions I had were answered with detail and I left feeling like I know my new phone better than the old.

Today I spent a long time with June getting three company phones upgraded. I found out halfway through my visit that June was supposed to be off when I walked in the door. Kudos to her for not making me feel as though I was making her work beyond her normal schedule. We spent a while together and she never once mentioned it (it was mentioned by someone else in passing). Thanks, June. Your cellphone knowledge and expertise (and your ability to put on a screen protector flawlessly) did not go unnoticed. I appreciated your help today and thank you endlessly for sticking with me to ensure we had what we needed to be ready for tomorrow’s workday.
