Matt May understood my need and price range. Very courteous. No hard sales and I didn't sit around for a salesman to ask the manager questions. It took me a couple days to make up my mind and there was no pressure to buy. I recommend Keith's to anyone looking for a used car or truck from one year old and older.

My husband and I have been looking at another vehicle. We only had one. He started a job where he needed it us mine. I am geting ready to start a new job in a few weeks. We looked and looked and then I asked my grandma if she knew where we could get a used vehicle for a good price and all. She recommended Keith's & toled me to talk to Matt and I looked on the website and found a few things my husband would like. I called and talked to Matt at the beginning of the week and said we could come by at anytime. We won't off it Monday july 24th. But I look the day off July 22. We really wanted to use Matt and he was about to leave om vacation. So got to meet him and we talked telling us that it was no pressure to buy. We only was going to look and we said we wasn't going to leave today with a vehicle. My husband seen one he feel in love with. Matt asked if we wanted to see what the payment was and all. We said sure, he did everything,even went through the bank we bank with and was approved in like 15 mins at most. It was a little more then we wanted to pay monthly but we could get it with no down payment and leave that day. He let my husband and I talk for a moment. We both said we would get it because we needed another vehicle and I would have felt so bad leaving that truck there knowing my husband really wanted that truck. So we did the paperwork and all. Was in and out in about a hour. We will definitely be coming back again and recommending Keith's and Matt to friends and family. Some great vehicles but besides that I'd like to say that Matt is a really awesome person to buy from. He will go above and beyond for you because unlike most he truly seems to care about helping people. Not a more genuine and awesome car salesman out there in my book and I've dealt with a lot over the years. My dad's known Kenny also for decades and has always been satisfied with the vehicles he had purchased over the years. All the staff are also very helpful and polite and not pushy which is really cool at a dealership for a change. Very laid back atmosphere but ready to do whatever they can to help you out. Highly recommend anyone looking for a car go check them out. If they can't help you which is really rare, they are also more than willing to assist and answer any questions that may help you become successful in getting you a car. Great local dealer that has been around the valley for a long time and have a good reputation. If you go by make sure to ask for Matt , and if he isn't there one of the other guys will be to help you out.

Bought first vehicle in 1984 and since then have purchased over 20 vehicles for ourselves and family. Made a hugh mistake in 1996 and bought a new Buick in Charlottesville which we traded at Keith's in 2000. We won't buy from anyone else and Matt must be the salesman we deal with 😀

Amazing experience with Matt buying my 2003 Mustang. Helped me find financing on a federal holiday and ran credit over phone so I didn't have to drive 2.5hrs to know what I was getting into. Gave me fair market value for my trade with no hassle.

A couple days after it turns out the outer tie rods were bad and also needed an alignment. They couldn't have known unless they took the wheels off on a lift. Matt and the team there agreed to pay the full service cost (Nearly $500) to make things right.

They also helped me retrieve my parking pass from my vehicle I traded in. Overall super refreshing experience.

Great people to deal with! I dealt with Jacob. He made things happen. He is a very pleasant person and is true to his word. I drove a good ways to purchase this vehicle and would do it again. I was there no time to complete this sell because Darlene had all the paperwork ready to go when I got there. Keith's took care of a warranty issue I had after the purchase just like they said they would. Thanks to Jacob again.

I've always had a great experience here. The sales staff, specifically Matt, have always went out of there way to get me into quality vehicles (I've bought three here) that fit my budget. If the sales staff can't answer your mechanical questions, they will work with their mechanics to get you an honest answer. Keith's Auto Sales and Matt will always be my choice when buying a used vehicle.

Garnet was great! He found a truck on the lot that was in great shape and was a reasonable price and we made the deal! The employees at Keith's were all great, and they took care of the financing and all the paperwork in no time at all! We were in and out in less than two hours and on the way home with my new truck! I will be sure to go back to Keith"s again if I ever need another truck and recommend them to everyone who is in the market for a truck!!! P. S. ask for Garnet, he's the best!

Keith’s auto sales in Penn Laird is a great place with friendly staff that will make you feel right at home while purchasing a quality vehicle.
