Regal Vista

It was a fun experience. I was there for 1 week, and the water park is amazing. And all. The staff was great to people so this park definitely is a 5 star.⭐

Rooms are nice and clean. The outside is well maintained. The only issue experience was no internet service during the whole week. Maintenance came and apologized that service was out throughout the resort area.

There is many things to do staying at Massanutten Four Seasons Resort. You really don't need to leave off site for entertainment but expect to drive it is not really walking distance for thing. Anything else such as walmart or big chain restaurants you can drive 20 minutes to Harrisonburg and find everything your heart desires. I had a great stay with my family.

Overall, a very nice place to get away

As others have mentioned, this is the nicest of the Massanutten resorts, and it really is a nice place to stay. Took a trip to Massanutten with some family, and we had a great time at the resort. We stayed a week during ski season and spent 2 days on the mountain. This seems like a slower time of the year for them, so it was very quiet most places. Mountain wasn't busy at all during the week but was notably busier Friday/Saturday. If you have an Indy Pass, Bryce Mountain is also within an hour, and we checked it out as well. Check-in was not at Regal Vistas but at the North Lobby which is about a 3 minute drive further into the resort.

All units at Regal Vistas are 2 bed 2 baths with a locking door in the middle in order to convert to 4/4s for larger groups. Every unit also has a garage and washer/dryer. We were able to fit a Chevy Malibu in the garage without much trouble but larger SUVs probably will not fit. Unit has a master with a king bed and a whirlpool tub, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen is very nice with newer, stainless appliances, and plenty of kitchen items.

The furniture was the only real negative of the unit. The couches, living room carpet, and mattresses all are pretty dated and need replacing. Overall, the place is pretty nice, and we had no issues with cleanliness. Each unit also has a small patio with a grill. We were right in the middle of the Regal Vistas section of the resort which meant our view wasn't terribly "regal." If you really want to see the mountains out your front or rear windows (very large windows at Regal Vistas), you'll want a unit more towards the rear or sides of the complex. Local spots worth checking out: Brix & Columns Winery, Santa Fe restaurant, and Elkton Brewing.

Regal Vista, our home resort, has so much to offer. The view of the mountains with their vibrant fall foliage is simply outstanding. The units are modern and have everything that one needs to enjoy a well-earned vacation. The Massanutten Resort, of which Regal Vista is their signature community, is a first-class resort with multiple attractions for everyone in the family. You'll be glad you stayed here and will want to return again and again.

This is the nicest condo of the entire resort. There is a garage, laundry, outside grill and table with chairs, full kitchen, spacious, easy access, and quiet. There is a fireplace in both the living room and in the master bedroom. This is the 2nd year in a row staying here and already booked to return for 2024. In winter skiing is just a couple miles up the road, summer has an outdoor water park. Shenodohah National Park is just a short 20 minute drive away.

Great place for family get together with 3 units

What a perfect “quick” and relaxing trip. My family and I spent 4 days and 3 nights here. It’s perfect to unwind and relax from the everyday work life. This place will not disappoint. Very close to everything. Easy to access. It’s also very quiet.

Very nice condos. The appliances were very modern. The master bath had a great shower and a monster tub. Great mountain views. Grilling out on the deck while enjoying a mountain view was amazing. Pool at this village was a little small but main pool was just up the road.

I love Regal Vistas. It is a new gated commumity of condos in Massanutten. It is at the base of the mountain, and it is a short drive to the mountain overlook. Most people come to Massanutten for winter sporsts. I love the Fall. The leaves changing colors are beautiful. Plus, the quiet is great.

The Regal Vista is a beautiful duplex style villa. The neighborhood is gorgeous with the mountainous backdrop, pool and fitness center. The rooms are specious, comfortable furnishings and amenities. The location is close to the main lobby where you check in and where the arcade, pool and fitness centers are located. Its also near the indoor waterpark. We had a great time and plan to go back and stay there.

This property and upkeep definitely rates 5 stars. Cleanliness and location was very nice. Will book for a longer stay next time. Well worth it.

The Regal Vistas is great for family functions. We had Thanksgiving. It was less stress than being at home.

This is one of my favorite timeshares to stay and return to (and be an owner of). The homes are lovely and all the pools are very enjoyable. I like that the Mountain Peak Pool has a small snack bar making it very convenient for everyone. It was a surprise to me that now there is a weekly amenities fee as I think enough was paid to own and continue with the yearly maintenance. When you're a senior, most of the amenities can't be used by many of us!!!

OMG!!!! The scenery was absolutely beautiful! The condo was wonderful with a Jacuzzi in the master bedrooms bath. Kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. We had a fantastic family trip that was very relaxing. Oh don't forget horseback riding and the indoor water park. Ski season had ended there's something for everyone

Very cool place for hiking, biking and having fun outdoors! We loved our stay here. The condos are really nice and the convenience of having a garage to leave your gear (bikes, bike rack) was awesome. Updated place with nice kitchen and master bath.

In one sentence, the Regal Vistas are the best timeshares that I've seen. Not every unit has a great view. But that is the only negative I know of. Each unit is one half of a house with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living room, and a one car garage! If you reserve two units, there is a doorway that can be opened up. Each side will sleep 6 comfortably with two in the living room. There is a lot of space and the houses are modern with comfortable furnishings. Also, they have LCD televisions in each bedroom and the living room.

I stumbled across the Regal Vistas three years ago and have been back every year since then. They have become our new holiday tradition.
