Massanutten Hillside Summit

This place is the best. The house we rented was beautiful. Very roomy and it came equipped with your everyday supplies like dishes, utensils, towels, etc. The views were spectacular because we were a little higher up, you could see the ski slopes from our back balcony. The deer come right up and eat out your hand. Wonderful experience I cannot wait to go back. It's just 4 hour drive from DE.

Well organized check-in, everybody was very helpful. This is a big resort with the condos spread out over hundreds of acres, maybe thousands. It's so scenic this time of the year, in October.
Love the hiking trails.

On; I’ve read some pretty rough reviews about this place; and we are as of 7:34am/ May 7, 2023 currently totally enjoying this beautiful Condo!! It’s Perfection as far as location, Cleanliness, appointments, and comfort. Bed is super comfortable!!
Checking in was a breeze especially when you use Advance Check-in provided by RCI. Took a whole 5 minutes!! Young Lady at the Desk; Natalie; was a pleasure to work with.

This was our first time staying at Massanutten and we stayed early June just post COVID.. The rules have all been relaxed and all vaccinated guests are not required to wear masks in public areas.
Our room was newly remodeled and had plenty of space for a family of 5. We enjoyed all the amenities that we were "in to " and even found some new interests. The downfall was that pools closed early at 5pm, or they were closed for 2 days in the middle of our stay (Mid June) this may have been the seasonal hours.
The Summit offers no amenities, but is centrally located to many areas, especially the Adventure Zone and Base Camp. If you are looking for a 'quiet' getaway you might want to check out something farther up the hill.

Awesome views (sunrise is great from here, could even see it from bed), fireplace was nice (not a cheesy fake, but a nice fake, with heat), decent TV that i could easily hook my Roku up to.

Stars were really nice from here.

Newly remodeled with a contemporary look to it. Wildlife is seen all around the Summit. There is no stove with oven, they they have a 2 burner, skillet, microwave and large toast oven. Top of the line cleaning and there is a washer and dryer in the hallway that share the 6 bedroom 2 unit condos. Has a nice gas fireplace with a pull out sofa. Each unit is a master bedroom and the other bedroom is 2 twin beds. Small deck to each unit.

We own at the Summit Hillside ., great views. This year color was amazing. However, the check on process is horrendous and always has been for 19 years. The crafts for adults has declined. But we came to hike at SNP and had a great time. This is a great location alot to do and see in the surrounding area

Room was clean and relaxing! Quiet location plenty of parking. Photos are after we left. Room was extra clean when we arrived.

Beautiful view of the mountain top from the front of the condo that we were in! On the back side of the condo you could see all the way out of the bowl. Down to the valley side. Now that I've been up and down the Eastern seaboard from the Berkshires in Maine, all the way down to Orlando Florida near Disney. If I asked my entire family where they would like to go back to our home Resort of Massanutten! Nothing beats it and probably won't anytime soon. From enjoying the snow right to the hot water in the water park at the bottom of the hill! Or the opposite way around from the hit the top of the tube run in the middle of the summer. To hitting the golf course. And if you haven't stopped by and gotten a massage from the masseuses up here. I don't know why you came there in the first place. Sorry about the rambling maybe you should stop reading and check out a time that you can come experience all of the mass of nothing or Massanutten can offer you!

Stay here every year. Nice condo with great views. Great location. Seems like every visit requires a higher "activities fee".

Even though some stuff is still closed we had an awesome time. The condo was exceptional..well kept. There is so much to do at the resort we ventured off only a few times. Take fruit for the deer and groundhog. They almost eat from your hand. If you venture off see Luray and Harrisonburg.

It was just a nice quiet experience. The condo had a nice modern look, since we were there two years ago.

The Summit was awesome! Rooms were clean and very well maintained. Would 100% stay here again!!

I love it here.1rst time in Virginia. But I love it I love the mountains there are a lot of deers here and they kind of friendly. I would definitely bring my family back here next year.

Fantastic place the rooms are nice not opulent by any stretch of the imagination nice A little dated but clean and adequate a lot of activities a lot of free activities the pool areas or wonderful most enjoyable time

Shout out to Yamil at Reception. Very friendly and all times professional. Answered all our questions and very informative.

Great family vacation with lots to do. We were in a lower, older unit that could use a refresh.

Had a great time. Regal Vista timeshares beautiful and new. Would recommend over older sections of Massanutten.
