I traveled from Charles County Md to Bayside CJR of King George Va.and was not disappointed.Brandon and Jeff was great. They were very helpful in showing and working with me to give me a good deal on my truck. Brandon and Jeff made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. They answered all my questions and they followed up to make sure that I was happy with my decision. Brandon gave me his personal number and told me to call him if I had any problem's. I have purchased many vehicles and never had a salesman give me his personal number. That’s is truly standing by your product.I highly recommend them and will buy from them again. Bayside Dodge is great! Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and I feel like prices are very fair compared to other dealers in the area. I recently consulted with Matt Myers while considering a new vehicle and not only was he very honest but knew the inventory like the back of his hand. He explained the trade-in process and all of my financing options very clearly. Ultimately I'm not ready for a new vehicle quite yet, but when I am I will definitely be going back and will request him!

Had a great experience purchasing a used truck from Bayside Chrysler. Matt was my sales person and was very patient while I looked at many different trucks. He spent a good portion of a Saturday with me. I was not able to find what I was looking for, and he had a truck brought down from a different Bayside that met what I was looking for, that next week. Matt stayed late the following week while I looked at this truck and eventually purchased it. Chris the manager also stayed late and assisted with all of my final paperwork. The drivers heated seat was not working and they were able to also repair that after my purchase with no issues. I am very happy with the entire process and with the people that have assisted me. This place is AWESOME! A friendly home town dealership where they make you feel like family! Everyone went above and beyond to help get my husband and myself into a 1500 extended cab pick up! We’ve been needing one for a while and circumstances just wouldn’t allow it! Our salesman Matt Myers was GREAT! He was extremely knowledgeable about what we were purchasing and showed us and told us about everything that was in the truck. He knows a lot about the vehicles and every one I asked about he explained all the ins and outs! Very helpful, courteous and professional, as well as keeping it down to earth. The management team ‘Right on point’. The financial representative had an answer for every question that I asked her. I even met another manager that day, someone over the dealership and who runs the kuboto shops in Maryland, Very down to earth with a wonderful attitude and personality. They don’t try to rake you over the coals. Their prices are awesome and they don’t take advantage of you if you have a trade in. I live in spotsylvania but went there after Checking out their website and seeing all the trucks that they had offer at very, very decent fair price. Trust me, we went all over looking for some thing and we’re not able to purchase we went there and now we have a 2020 Dodge Ram Longhorn 1500, V-8 truck, extended cab, less than 24,000 miles on it, we added the bumper to bumper warranty and oil change package and all this in monthly payments that are affordable and in the area that we were hoping to not go above. Andrew and everyone at Bayside made purchasing my new Sahara Altitude stress free! The dealership was clean and everyone was so friendly! There was not any stressful going back and forth with the manager. I live on the Outer Banks and all of the paperwork was ready to be signed when I arrived. Let me start by saying how Bayside Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM was such a breath of fresh air to deal with. No high pitch sales, no pressure negotiations & everyone there was a pleasure to work with. This dealership is just outside of Port Royal, VA in King George County. It is a beautiful ride up 301 in a rural setting which fits the attitude at this dealership to a tee. There’s no rushing out the doors by salesman but more of a nice causal but still professional atmosphere. I could name names but I am being genuinely sincere when I say everyone at this dealership works together like a well oiled machine. Lastly, I will say factually that I searched high & low looking for 2500 or 250 model trucks for months becoming frustrated because No dealers were even willing to negotiate prices because of lack of inventory & in some cases even adjusting the price higher using the term “market adjustment”. Bayside prices their vehicles fairly, well below MSRP. Please go see for yourself & you won’t be disappointed.
