I love love love this place. When I need to feel centered I just go & sit , take my book , read do a little bit of shopping. It just feels like home to me. Always welcoming , love the people that’s there even if they’re just visiting. The place has everything you could need. From sea moss to body oils to jewelry! I just really love it , check it out !

This is an amazing cultural stop that any and everybody should experience. Not only do you get education and knowledge on all sorts of African history and culture, but you can also buy things as well. Rather, that be clothing attire, statues, antiques, books, cosmetics, herbs, etc. Not to mention, they actually have the best vegan food in town, hands down!

I'm new to the neighborhood and wanted to visit this place because it's in my community. I met the Owner and I am totally impressed 😊. He is very knowledgeable about our culture and his establishment is full of beautiful things. He cooked a great vegan meal 😋. I highly recommend and will be going back

This place will make u have so much inner peace within. I met 2 beautiful beings today. They were sooo easy to talk to. They make u feel like family. I purchased a seamoss, incense and a book. I could have stayed for hours just looking. This place u have to visit. SHOUT OUT!!! Tony and his wife Jerretta.💜💜🥰. Y’all gone get sick of me. Lol I just might just come in to watch some t.v. Everyday. 😂😂

The Food Is Delicious, Even Down To The Soap, Incense conditioner etc . When You Walk In It's Welcoming

Attention all natural enthusiasts! This is the place to be if you are into taking care of your body naturally. They have a great selection on everything you would need for body and hair, home and intellect. The shea butter ( I have so many favorites) is by far the best I've used. The natural deodorant is great, smells wonderful and works! They have shampoo, body oils, natural soaps and supplements. There are all types of incense and oils, decorative items, African clothing, jewelry and books. The kitchen serves up fresh juices and vegan food that is really great; call ahead for the menu, as the daily items may change. All of this in a unique setting that makes you feel at home.

I was on the road and looking for a vegan meal. Google maps suggested Homeland Village, so I decided to try it out. I'm really happy that I did! I was confused at first because the front of the store is filled with books and gifts and it didn't seem like a restaurant, but the worker at the counter showed me to a side room where the owner was preparing some of the best vegan food I've had in a long time. There isn't a huge menu, but everything was delicious. If I lived in Macon, I'd probably go there every day. I'll definitely be back!

Just enjoyed a meal from the Homeland Village Cultural Center. I think that was THE best vegan meal I have had in a long time. Everything smelled and tasted delicious. The salad, cabbages & carrots, rice and quinoa, and vegan beef was just what I needed for a clean and healthy meal. Even the naturally sweet juice hit the spot. Overall, I don't feel the least bit guilty for feeling so indulged. I am full and I am happy.

Homeland Village is a very necessary place to visit, shop, dine and soak up our true cultural essence. You can even sit and read or pick up a good game of chess. For me personally it's a place that nourishes me with food for the mind, body and soul. Real Soul Food!

A true warming, holistic cultural experience ! I’m embarrassed to say i had not experienced this place prior to today. Delicious food that i didn’t have to season at all(vegan), warm inviting personality from the owner and books to elevate you. There are many things to explore here and I will be back tomorrow 💅🏽

I love this place! My husband and i went to take a glance I'm I'm glad we did! They have nice african jewelry and artifacts. And the food...Probably the best wrap I've ever had!! Amazing!

First time to this place and i absolutely loooooved it!! I could've stayed here for hours looking at all the one of a kind jewelry, cultural and herbal books, incense and more. Oh, the food is AMAZING too!! WILL BE BACK!

Homeland Village is a staple in the community!! Great food, numerous valuable books, and overall Great atmosphere!! There's several chess tables if you're feeling lucky also!
