The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner

Came to stay a few nights during the holidays and had the best time. Really enjoyed our massages at the spa and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. I love that the galleria mall is attached and Tysons II is just across the street. There is a complimentary shuttle to take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius of the hotel which we used for dinner one night. So convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of my favorite Ritz Carlton properties.

The location is a little bit weird, being in a luxury suburban mall, but if you are visiting northern Virginia and want to stay in absolute style, this is the way to go.

The hotel is extraordinarily luxurious, there is excellent service, and it is connected to one of the most high-end shopping malls in the country.

While you might assume that this is more of a business oriented hotel given the location in the heart of government contractor world, I’ve always seen a lot of families here (including ours) especially around the holidays when they decorate the property so well.

In January 2023, our company sent artists to draw and paint at a corporate event at the Ritz Carlton Tysons. We have done this event for several years and always at the Ritz.
I would like to say that the Ritz at Tysons is one of the best places we serve at for events. The staff is incredibly helpful and our artists are accommodated nicely with tables, chairs, and lighting, if needed. The staff checks in with the artists to see if they need anything. I’d like to particularly thank Antwanett Carlson for her exceptional work with us in planning and executing each event so that our clients are happy and well-served. She’s helped us each year and we greatly appreciate a planner who is organized, sharp, and knows how to work with vendors, as well as making each event special for corporate guests. 10 stars would be a more accurate rating!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with respect and kindness. The front desk associate, Jay, checked us in and was so kind. I mentioned that my daughter's birthday was that day and there was a card and balloons tastefully arranged on the bed upon our arrival to our room. This personalized attention is why we will return to the Ritz at Tyson's when we have the opportunity to do.

My daughter and I stayed here for vacation. What I enjoyed most is that all staff are very friendly and hospitable. They were welcoming from the moment we checked in. Of course, the property is terrific but the people who work there make all the difference. Kudos to the management and staff for doing such a great job.

Great stay! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I was impressed with the customer service. You receive a glass of Chardonnay upon check in, they offer complimentary shoe shining and will bring a small fridge up to your room upon request. The business center is well appointed.
The lounge had great sushi and drinks.
It will be hard to stay elsewhere as the staff here set the bar high.

I never leave reviews, but I had to for this. Today we checked out of the hotel and I realized I left my engagement ring and wedding band on the sink in my room. I went back in tears and the man in security was so helpful and kind. Turns out Linda in housekeeping had the integrity to turn it in when she cleaned my room. She could have easily kept it, but she didn’t. I am so incredibly grateful! Thanks Linda and the kind man in security!

Every now and then your bad designs equal into a free night stay and everything feels right again! Love the whole point system and felt very pampered. Beds were amazing as expected and staff were all very helpful for things to do with the snow outside

We were gifted with a night at this hotel for our 50th wedding anniversary. The staff was great and prepared a special room for us with decorations and food and drink. The accomodations were very comfortable and luxurious. We appreciated the special treatment we got for our anniversary!

If I could give 10 stars for service I would. I was traveling for business and brought my niece since it was her birthday to shop. On our way to the room we were on the elevator with a staff member, mentioned it was my niece’s birthday. We went shopping shortly after and once we arrived back to our room there was an ice bucket with sparkling cider, two glasses, cookies and a card with a hand written sentiment. My niece felt like a princess. The gentleman made her birthday so special. A memory we will never forget.

I’ve been the client of this specific location for nearly 2 decades, always a great customer experience. Management and staff are all lovely and welcoming! James, one of the managers is simply amazing. Can’t say enough about my lovely SHIMA at the club lounge, so welcoming and warm. It’s always GREAT to see her with that beautiful smile when greeting. I had dinner tonight in the Dining room at the Ritz. The braised beef ribs were great!! i actually had them 2 nights in a row. This was great but it is not why i am completing this review. After dinner i asked for the desert menu. I wanted the lava cake but i saw it takes 15 min to prepare. When asked what i would like, i said i wanted to try the lava cake but did not want to wait. i wondered if i could get the desert delivered to my room. Not only did the gentlman say yes. He personally delivered the desert to my room. This was a " wow" moment. I was impressed and the Ritz has an advocate for life. Actions matter. Thank You Anthony Grist.

I love the Ritz. Stayed at this Ritz a bunch of times and the service and atmosphere never gets old. Room service was excellent. Food was tasty. I ordered wings and they were a good size. I ordered a grilled chicken club with fried egg and it tasted excellent. I will try and stay on a Wed or Thurs when it's sushi night.

I love the Ritz Carlton! From the moment you arrive you feel pampered and well taken care of. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. The beautiful toiletries, robes and bidet make your bathroom experience top notch. They have great snacks and a Nespresso machine. For breakfast dont forget to try the Blueberry pancakes!! The spa is beautiful (the robes are small, medium and large.I do think they should have more larger size robes, but overall my massage was a wonderful ending to a great experience.

Booked an overnight in an executive lounge suite + day at the spa and it exceeded expectations. The spa was incredible and could not imagine having such a nice stay without it. Shima in the executive lounge is the epitome of hospitality. We felt like family after one night and I loved watching other guests greet her with warm hugs and excitement to see her again. I can’t wait to go back. What a lovely staycation option.

What a great hotel. We have stayed in some very nice hotels, but this one fantastic. Our room was large and very modern and very clean. Maybe my favorite part of our room was that it was quiet. I couldn’t hear anyone else in the property. As nice as our room was the service was even better — they truly desire to see that your every need is taken care of. From the front desk folks who went out of their way to assist us, to the hosts that made sure we had a glass of champagne while we checked in. The reservation staff located somewhere not on the property — took note that my wife and I were celebrating our 35th anniversary. The maid showed up the night we checked in with a bottle of champagne and piece of cake. The hotel restaurant Entyse was awesome we had dinner and lunch there — all of the waiters went over and above to see our needs were met. The food was delicious. We had a short stay but we will be going back when went want something special.

The rooms here are well kept. The club lounge has great food and wonderful and attentive staff. The spa is great and i had a good massage. Pool and whirlpool are relaxing and clean. There is shopping in the building. All my tech needs were met.

I attended for an event. I can’t speak on the check in procedures or the rooms but the event I attended was in the lobby. Walking through the hotel was so eye catching. Very clean hotel with a luxury feel to it. The event provided fun activities for the kids as well as breakfast. The staff of the hotel was so sweet to my children and helped me watch over them during the event as there were a lot of kids. The breakfast was amazing! I would totally eat it everyday. I inquired whether the bacon was pork which they confirmed, when I said ok thank you and walked away they stopped me and asked if I would prefer some turkey bacon. That was very kind of them seeing as my family does not eat pork. They quickly brought out a portion for us to eat and quickly refilled the food as it finished. They even allowed us to go to the game room where they have 4-6 monitors with xBox One entertainment systems to play. The had a cute little section to watch tv and lay on beanbags as well. Overall I would definitely book a night at this hotel as a small getaway but still in town. Parking was easy to find and is $13 for the whole day.

The Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ritz-Carlton of Tysons Corner provided me with some of the best service experiences I have ever received while staying at a hotel.

Check-in at the front desk was warm and personal, but also professional at the same time.
The restaurant staff made sure that everything was to my group's liking for both dinner and breakfast.
Housekeeping also greeted me with a smile when I exited my room in the morning.
The rooms themselves that I booked were clean and tidy. I did not hear any outside noise, nor was there any noticeable noise from other rooms during my stay.

When I entered my room, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a tasty treat, as well as a nice welcome letter, already waiting for me on the counter next to the door.
