Beautiful store but of course a little overpriced. Loved all the Christmas decor they had for sale. Employees were working hard at stocking merchandise. I would definitely go back for a longer visit.

Did a return after making an online purchase, and had excellent customer service care.

Nice place. Friendly staff and they know where items are so you don't have to waste your time if you are in a hurry.

Always greeted by someone upon entering the store, they have good prices on most everything. One employee stands out most with my mom & I, 'Kim' , she has been a very helpful employee,as well as very knowledgeable. She really is great with patience as well as customer service. Thank you for making our shopping experience a good one, will definitely continue to shop at your store!

I've never shopped here. I did go in to look at a few things and noticed the prices are no place to be found. You either take it to the box on the wall that will scan and tell you the price, or you put an app on your phone so you can scan it yourself. Please! Too much of a hassel. I mean, is it really that l hard to put a sticker price on the item?? Besides that. The store was clean and they had nice products.

Nice big store with lots of options and good prices. Store is clean and organized and staff is very helpful. Watch for coupon sales for big savings.

Love the store!! The staff, including the Manager are great at providing excellent customer service. They go out of their way to answer questions, at times, going out of their way to provide customer with the necessary help needed. If they find they are not sure of how to help, they go find someone who can, without delay. Staff is always friendly, polite, and helpful! Their products are of excellent quality. Their clearance racks are the best, great reductions, etc. Great store!

I enjoyed my stroll through the store. I didn't find what I wanted, but plan to return for some other items I liked. Very clean and organized. Not too crowded. They have some reason clothes, as well as some that were not in my budget😁

The salesperson Tim in the Men's department was very helpful in helping me out with locating pants in my size that were not visible. He also saved me quite a bit of cash ($80) with store coupons.
Belk should be commended for hiring such good employees

I was really surprised when I went there I haven't been in quite a while but they have a really good selection of clothes these days so I'll definitely be going back when I have some extra money.

I do hope that this Belk store remains open in the Lake Square [Via Port] Mall and does not follow the lead of J.C. Penney and Sears. I have had the best luck with women's clothing especially when there are sales because the discounts can be quite good. The bedding area seems to have a nice selection too. Have never bought any shoes as that selection seems limited and more expensive. I used to shop Belk up in Jacksonville and was very happy to find a Belk store nearby in the mall.
