South Tahoe Crossfit

My favorite gym in South Lake Tahoe. . The owners, coaches and other members are friendly and supportive of each other.
I enjoy the workouts and love how everyone cheers each other on. The owner was also super helpful when I had to have last minute surgery for my endometriosis and prorated my membership since I had to take a few months off because of my surgery.
The equipment is great and the gym is the cleanest gym in town.
The gym also recently did a remodel and upgraded a lot of their equipment.
Once I am recovered from my recent ACL surgery I will definitely be going back to south tahoe crossfit.
I highly recommend checking out South Tahoe CrossFit.

Moved away from the area and have tried to cancel my membership (yes, I should have cancelled before I moved) through all methods of communication. Left voicemails no reply, email listed on website bounces back, and have received no replies after using the Contact form on the website several times.

Will update my review if management can get this resolved as I loved the gym but as of right now I will most likely need to work with my credit card company to have payments blocked.

Best gym in town. Clean. Excellent staff and equipment! Highly recommended!

Had a great time dropping in for the week at CF South Lake Tahoe. Friendly owners who were very accommodating for my weightlifting workouts. They have good equipment with plenty of barbells and racks set up. Great multi height pull up bar racks and several older weightlifting platforms. Lots of dumbbells, kettlebells in a range of sizes. Although I didn’t participate in the CF WODs, classes were popular, supportive and coaching was very professional. Overall, highly recommend!!

I recently dropped in for 3 classes while visiting the area and found this gym to be one of the best gyms I have ever come to know. The staff and members are top notch, professional, helpful and super relaxed. The workouts were great. I loved how we mixed a weight lifting workout with an insane team AMRAP! They program well and above all are extremely nice!!! I would definitely recommend them as your home gym and also as your number 1 choice for fitness in the area! Shout out to my boy Christian the Pharmacist!

Was on vacation and needed to exercise. Dropped in here at 9AM Sunday. Ashley wrote a great warmup routine for me before I attempted a pre written workout from the previous Friday class. Loved it. Size of gym is spacious. Equipment is well kept. Go. You will love it.

Friendly coach. I’ve dropped into quite a few gyms and sometimes coaches don’t even ask you questions or notice you’re there after you sign a waiver. Not at this gym. Felt like I was a part of their community. Great workout too!

I kick myself for not joining South Tahoe Crossfit sooner! The trainers are all incredibly supportive, motivating and friendly and the other members all welcome newbies so warmly! It's the opposite of any intimidating gym you've gone to before, with results that I could see after only a month of going. I can see now that CrossFit only has the reputation of being cult-like because people are so stoked to be a part of something that not only works, but the supportive community of getting fit together. I'm couldn't be happier with being a part of this gym!

Amazing!! Trainer Kylese is bomb! I highly recommend her personal training! The other CrossFitters are also bomb! 🤣
Everyone is encouraging and pushes you to reach your highest potential. The environment is welcoming and no one is judging you if you have to scale down a WOD for your personal reasons.

I was holidaying in South Lake Tahoe and deceided to schedule a drop in. Couldn’t have been a more positive and seamless experience. I ended up booking a weeks drop in pass which was great value for money. Great size box with good equipment and challenging WODS, underpinned with welcoming members. The added bonus of meeting the Box owner Del Lafountain, quadrupled games participants who is a very inspiring guy with great insight on all things Crossfit. Watch out for the coffee dependent coach Tiera... she will No Rep you if you give her the opportunity. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Dropped in for an open gym session on a Saturday morning and felt very welcomed. Even got a great tip from one of the coaches as I worked towards my handstand walk! The vibe in the gym was fantastic.

I have been going for 1 1/2 years now. The coaching and classes have been great. They have really tailored the movements and weights to maximize my progress. I would recommend anyone looking for overall health and fitness to give STCF a try.

Great facility, very nice staff. Really help you out with technique, nice group working out there. They have some cool stuff you don't see in other xfit gyms like hoops, silks, airbikes and a small rock wall. No pressure guys and they are part of the community.

Visiting from Australia for the past three days and very happy we found this place. Really friendly and welcoming coaches and members, fantastic facility and good variation in the programming. Sad to be moving on, especially now we are starting to get used to the altitude. Thanks guys!!

They have been dedicated to the sport of crossfit in SLT for 10ish years. They havent changed that focus and have the best coaches, staff and culture in SLT. Mobility classes are BA and their coaches are great people and strong instructors. Drop in here for sure, or become a member!
