Hilton Vacation Club Tahoe Seasons Lake Tahoe

Jazmin and her colleagues at the front desk provided exceptional service during our stay at Tahoe Seasons. We checked in late on Monday, April 8th, 2024, with her colleague, a nice Jamaican guy who was working the night shift. We were initially assigned a room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the room felt dark, and the sofa bed had noticeable stains. Fortunately, either due to our gold status or just his niceness and kindness, he allowed us to change rooms, even at a late hour. We were eventually moved to a brighter room on the 7th floor, facing the mountains. This change made a significant difference, especially for me, as I needed to work remotely during our stay while the rest of the family enjoyed skiing during the day.

The next day, Jazmin helped us with a paid upgrade to a two-bedroom suite to give our daughter her own space. Her service was top-notch, earning her a 5-star rating from us. Jazmin even went the extra mile by sending us text messages to coordinate basic housekeeping services like trash pickup and towel exchange, which was appreciated since the Hilton Vacation Club only provides basic cleaning services instead of daily housekeeping.

However, one minor drawback was that all the silverware and cookware provided were disposable, such as paper cups and plastic utensils. It would have been preferable to have real coffee mugs and silverware, similar to what you'd find at a Marriott Vacation Club property. Overall, though, our experience was positive, and if the hotel were to upgrade their utensils and cookware, it would enhance the overall experience even further.

Very convenient to walk to the tram. Provide valet parking , the kitchen is well equipped, the living room, bedroom, and bathroom can all be separated by sliding doors.

Stayed in this hotel after leaving a different hotel (it was disgusting). This hotel was amazing. The room was spacious with a separate living room area. There was a double vanity in the bathroom and a nice kitchen area with many updates. There was also a fireplace in the room which was very nice. I loved the coffee bar and the woman working was so, so kind. There wasn't complimentary coffee, but the coffee bar was open Fri-Mon mornings (I believe). I also ordered room service (it's open Thu-Sun) and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again.

Spacious rooms with separate living and sleeping area. The rooms are recently renovated but require a $200 hold on your card at check in. Valet is mandatory, which can add up depending on the type of tipper you are, unless you choose to self park across the street. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and amenities are nice. Small game room, pool, hot tub and spa. If you’re looking to walk to most places this isn’t the place for you but it is a short drive to the village. Maintenance was also able to provide us with a dvd player for our room.

I stayed with my Hilton Vacations points and was very pleased. It’s a bit odd the beaten path for the summer activities so not a good place to walk from, though I imagine that it is the best foe ski season. The room was very nice. The valet parking staff was really prompt.

If you’re going to Heavenly ski resort on the CA side there isn’t a closer place to stay! You literally cross an intersection from the hotel and you’re in heavenly’s parking lot.

Fantastic service and great hotel! Amazing location. Had a great sauna and pool. I would suggest this resort anytime! Full marks! The only weird thing was the valet parking team really got ticked off when I got to the basement parking. They really were not happy of me driving to the basement.

We booked here for its proximity to the California Lodge, but I will definitely come back because of the staff and services! Gabriel Z. was incredibly kind and helpful while checking us in. He even took care of an issue I had booking with a third-party. The rest of the staff (car valet, ski valet, etc.) are also wonderful. The standard 1bedroom is spacious and well maintained. Loved having the hot tub as well!

Located at the base of Heavenly Ski Resort, We enjoyed a spacious top floor mountain and heated pool/hot tub view. Mandatory valet and bell service was efficient on our one night, off-season stay. Walking distance to the slopes and a tasty German restaurant (Himmel Haus). Wish we had another night on our road trip to experience all the other amenities included in the resort fee.

Excellent location at the base of Heavenly Great Place to Stay, with the new Hilton running the Tahoe seasons, the staff has been excellent with wonderful valet parking and customer service. The management has been doing a wonderful job with this resort and the staff being extremely helpful, happy and friendly. We love staying here every year

Stayed here for 2 days with my gf, and it was perfect. Friendly staff, huge quiet rooms, lots to do. Our room had an enormous bath you could walk into, a fireplace, a living room, and a great view of the mountains. Parking is by valet only, so bring what you need from the car so you're not constantly looking for things. The resort has the standard pool / hot tub / fitness center, but one thing that was cool was the roof top BBQ area and tennis courts. Additionally, there is a complimentary washer and dryer that we used. I greatly enjoyed this as I hate using the quarter-operated machines. Overall great stay and highly recommended!

3rd Stay: The valet service is on top of it and the front desk is great as always. The tub was clean this time. 5 star place. I highly recommend this place.

2nd stay: Valet service could use some work in situational awareness for guests. Valet didn’t acknowledge me at all nor offered any assistance while I was standing there waiting; until I requested it. Luckily, the front desk was great and offered to change me into a preferred room here. Front desk goes a long way to taking care of you. Clean room and tub. I definitely recommend the hotel to keep the soaking tubs.

1st stay: This place is great except for hairs in the sauna bath tub. Overall, this motel would be great, but the amount of hair found in the bathtub is overbearing.

Truly enjoyed my stay here. Even if I was in town for work. The room was cozy, the fireplace a nice added touch. My only disappointment was that the jetts are turned off in hot tubs in guest rooms. On the other hand it was still a lovely soak.

I'm at the point where I don't stay anywhere else here. I've been coming to Lake Tahoe visiting family for decades. If what you want is top notch service, comfortable, relaxing environment. Capabilities of a full office and rec room, pool and spa look no further this is it.
I love the fact that the valets have been there for years literally the whole staff has been there for years. Very experienced and cordial relaxed staff, make it relaxing for you. Such an experienced staff makes a huge difference in your stay. Truly great location you can actually ski to the front. For hikers you can actually hike from the front. Location there's no other better one unless you're into being right on state line. Most enjoy the fact that you can avoid traffic staying here also. This hotel saves you a lot of headaches too. Trust me, it'll save you time. And isn't that what vacations are all about spending more time doing what you want not checking in checking out hassles.

Had a wonderful stay at Tahoe Seasons Resort.
Very spacious and clean room. Pleasantly surprised with complimentary valet parking.
Was able to play a couple of games on the rooftop tennis court.
Perfect location where you're close enough to all the amenities, trails and beach. Excellent service from staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. Newly remodeled. We have a timeshare here and I highly recommend.

5 minutes walk to ski lifts. Can't beat that. Valet parking is a minus IMO.

We haven't checked out yet and we're only guests of friends but my(our) experience so far has been amazing. The check in w/Tiffany was very pleasant and inviting. The valet and concierge services have been awesome.

It was amazing, the whole weekend there! Upon arrival you get greeted like a king, they take your keys and park your car. Then front desk is super courteous and fast. Nice drive way nice lobby. Rooms do need an upgrade but I was told they're currently working on the upgrades (cant wait!!). Not awful though, ours was spacious with the hot tub in the middle of the room which was great(took a little long to fill) turn the water on 5-10 minutes before use and it's not a problem. Fire place and all. Amazing place loved the experience! Thank you guys for your hospitality! Ohhh and almost forgot right next to the ski resort!
