Michael at the front desk is wonderful as well as Amelia. They always make you feel welcome.
One of our favorite places to stay.
From the rooms to the dining to the casino, everybody is kind and helpful.

Great hotel with a ski lodge feel. Rooms are super nice and highly suggest to upgrade their suite, with large in room jacuzzi tub, romantic fireplace and little kitchenette.

Staff was friendly and always looking to assist. Location was right in the heart of the town.

Plus, it had a nice steak house and casino on property

We did an unexpected stop here, and it was wonderful. The prices were not bad at all for a casino, they were very fair. The room was really nice and comfortable. The staff was unbelievable. They were polite and easy to talk to and made our short stay wonderful.

Lively place. Nice family dining. Staff was attentive.
Refreshing to get good food and good service for a very fair price. So rare these days.

Our go to Casino when we visit Minden, the ocassions we have stayed at the hotel we have had the pleasure of being checked in by Sarah a very friendly and helpful associate!

It was a mean snow, if you know what I mean? Days 3 of white-outs. My gal pal, a previous resident and business owner in this part of Nevada.
The front desk clerk was just grand. She was very accommodating and easy to deal with, and very kind to both of us. The room!! Just perfect and a great bed!!

Love this place. Great room. Live band on the weekend. Gaming is superb. Will most definitely visit here again.

I'm going to the backyard festival in gardnerville we booked a stay at CVI. Should have been a two-night stay but either my thumbs are Expedia only allowed one night....
Sonny Figueroa, front desk kept an eye out and we obtained the same room the next morning....She remembered and wanted for us.

Quiet, nice room. Love the size of the bathroom and walk in showers, great for someone with mobility issues like me. Love the fact everywhere I was in the hotel seemed accessible for people with disabilities.

Deanna was excellent! She made our stay very pleasant. She helped my partner with the room and rates and was very friendly. Thank you Deanna. 😊

So convenient and great experience. The staff is friendly and the indoor pool and hot tubs are a great bonus when staying at CVI.

Big portions at a great price Katie's is the best place for chicken fried steak. Come hungry and leave full.

For being an older establishment their rooms were clean and maintained. This was the last minute stop and the hotel staff made everything very easy

It is an older hotel but it has class. Everything is in top working order and very clean. The staff is amazing. So friendly. The restaurant is amazing. The food is great. I always love coming here. I'm never disappointed

We stayed 3 nights in a 40' pull through in the CVI RV Park over Thanksgiving. We were close to the CLEAN & warm bathrooms w easy access to the indoor heated (warmish) pool. 2 jacuzzi, nice & warm. Jets not working. HIGHLIGHT: decorations for Christmas were AMAZING! They were simply beautiful & unique. Not only indoors, but outdoors as well. Stunning!
We ate at Katey's several times. Food good, waiters worked hard, cheerful & helpful. We had a lovely experience!

We go there to have breakfast because the food is delicious in the restaurant. If you enjoy playing the slots there's old style slots and new style slots. Seems the game area is very smoky at times but the servers are ready to bring you a drink.

Restaurant review, we did not stay at Inn. We live in stateline. Good food. Servers are always pleasant, really appreciate that. Will keep going back.

I met my ex brother inlaw (just because my sister doesn't see him as family, doesn't mean I do) and his girlfriend there for dinner. While waiting for them, I played some slots, down $100 by the time they showed up. The restaurant wait was crazy long, people packed in, the waiting area was way too small, I should have gone back to playing slots. 48 minutes later we got in, Toby Keith was playing that night, so a lot of people, more than usual. The food was great, the service was very helpful, but the kids working were overwhelmed. Messed up a few things on my order, not that big of a deal. Even when, ex bros girl complained, the kid still never made it right. But again the pressure was on, and well, we should all remember what it was like then. Besides the food was great! I came back 2 days later and won $270 above ( that includes the $100 I lost originally and the $100 I spent playing) love this place! Slots hit better after 6pm
