Postmarc Hotel and Spa Suites

So this hotel is in an excellent location, it's walkable to restaurants and one of the places that rent boats.
The staff were all lovely, great information during check in of places to see while there.
Good: The bed was comfortable, the shower and bath facilities were clean.
Matter of your own taste: Our room had mirrors completely surrounding the bed (sides and ceiling) and the jacuzzi bath (which did have some curtains)- you get to see all the angles of yourself you wish you never had 😂
Bad- The carpet had seen better days.

To know- no elevator. I'd be ringing ahead if you have mobility issues for rooms on the 1st floor.
We were on the 2nd. We had suitcases and it wasn't a struggle

Hotel was clean and not very crowded when we visited (mid-June). The room was spacious and unlike any hotel room I’d been in before. Shower was clean and the room had AC (rare in this area).

The bed was clean and comfortable, however the carpet was a little dated.

Overall the experience was great and we’d love to come back later.

This is a great place to stay. The staff was awesome. It's central located with great restaurants & beach access. It close to rent water craft. Rooms were very clean & some rooms have spas

Don’t stay in regular digs, stay at the Postmarc Hotel And Spa Suites. If you get a tub room like I got a tub room, you’ll feel like Tahoe royalty.

Just got off the phone with Jordan and was explaining the problems I was having when trying to book this hotel through booking. He was extremely sympathetic and had great customer service, I’ve loved coming to this hotel in my previous experiences. And can’t say how much I’m looking forward to going back on this occasion. 5 stars on the hotel itself as well as Jordan’s customer service.

I’ve stayed in this hotel 4-5 times now and it’s truly one of my go to’s. I recently stayed over the weekend of 8/11-8/13. We had a very busy weekend and when checking out we forgot my boyfriends laundry bag. I didn’t notice until 4 days after we got home. It had some of his favorite shirts and shorts in it. Called the hotel really not expecting much, but after they contacted the maids that cleaned our room I was so pleased to hear they had his bag saved!!! Asked the front desk if they could ship it and I would pay any fees needed since I live two hours away. They said don’t worry about it and we will get it shipped out in a week or so. THE NEXT DAY, his clothes showed up at our door from fed ex. Service like that is why I will be continuing to keep booking here for years to come. 7/24/23 Amazing! My husband and I loved our stay here! The room gives such romantic vibes, the bed was super comfy and we loved the hot tub🫶🏻! The room was well equipped with mini fridge and microwave which always come in handy. Yes, the tv is kinda old but we loved the ID channel lol. Staff was friendly and you get a bit of discount on a few restaurants. We will definitely be back! 😊

We enjoyed our stay here. Front desk was cheerful and happy to share details about Lake Tahoe fishing and food. It is on the main road with an easy walk to the marina, restaurants, and shops. The bed was comfortable. Relaxing in the large Jacuzzi was so nice.

The room was excellent! The bed was super comfortable and the spa was great. The hotel is located in a great area and the staff were super friendly.

Very quiet, low key hotel , good parking in the back , the rooms have large jacuzzi tubs.

Had a great staycation here for my birthday! Jacuzzi tub in our room made the night for sure!

Perfect for a romantic getaway ! The jacuzzi in the room was amazing and fits two, they have dual shower heads in an European washroom style. It was a great experience staying here overall - very happy with the price & stay.

Came to Lake Tahoe for a girls weekend. This is my 2nd time staying @ Postmarc. Just like the first time the room and service did not disappoint. Scott at the front helped with checking us and was so accommodating. I loved our little fireplace that was in the room. Postmarc is my go to when I come to visit. Thank you for all your help!

Jayson & Ryan at the front desk were impeccably helpful with my trying to manage a last-minute Saturday night reservation (a challenging time to get a room in Tahoe). They were immensely accommodating with assisting me with my needs, and offered me a number of solutions to ensure I was happily taken care of.

The staff alone make it my new favorite hotel in Tahoe. Add that to the quality of the rooms themselves, and choosing Postmarc is an every-time no-brainer.

Loved this place it was very perfect for us. I dropped my ring down the drain, however I'm from Bay Area and getting it back was a major concern. No fear needed I received it in the mail 4 days later. When I called to follow-up with the rescue mission , I was relieved to find out they put the room out of of service. My property was more of a concern then renting there room out. Thank you Postmarc we will return.

Stayed there for the weekend, the staff was so kind! Karen and her team even put petals on the bed and wrote us a special card. The tub was super clean I did not feel concerned at all stepping in, and the bed was comfortable as well. 10/10 will be returning.

My wife and I have stayed here twice and both times have been very happy with our visit. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy and the tubs are perfect for two. On our second trip we got turned around on Carson Pass after it was shut down due to poor conditions. We were 20 minutes away and devastated. Called the hotel the next day and John said we could move our reservation within the next 6 months. Rebooking was a breeze, I could not be happier with the staff's customer service.

Very happy with the room although the last 2 nights we were there we heard the neighbor drawing their bath your shouldn't hear that.

The only downsize was when we asked for a new set of towels they said they ran out. What your a hotel that has Jacuzzis in your rooms that should NEVER happen. But we would go back and recommend the hotel. 🙂

Booked a room here for our 12-night honeymoon stay in October 2017. Upon arrival, they informed us they were upgrading us to their Fireplace King Suite! We LOVED every minute of our stay here! The room was beautiful, spacious and inviting. We greatly enjoyed the two-person whirlpool tub. Husband loved that they offered coffee in the lobby/living room every morning and that they had a take it/leave it book selection. We also made use of the bikes they let you rent for free. In some of our downtime, we went down to the living room and played a few of the games they offered there. We really couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with such great value on our honeymoon.

One of the bestttt places to stay in South Lake Tahoe, just by the el dorado beach, Heavenly village is 1 mile away, also the staff at front desk are so cooperative!! You can get free bikes to ride around, the have spa in rooms, plus the backyard is just so beautiful!! Parking is good, you can sit and enjoy outside!
