The Scandia Inn

This is our second time staying here. We love it. Since our last time they have added a sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge tub. Which was a pleasant surprise. We love how dark the rooms stay so you can sleep in. Plus it’s so cute and the service is always amazing. Great location walking distance to a lot!!

This was the first time I stayed here and it was so comfortable and the atmosphere was was relaxing. The owners did an amazing job with the entire decor. Highly recommend and will be staying there again. Thanks Scandia!!

Loved our stay at Scandia Inn! Rooms were pretty clean and cutely decorated. Location is awesome! The person at the reception was very friendly and chill. There is hot tub and cold tub to dip in and few outdoor games. A very decent place to stay when in McCall. Highly recommended!

We loved this little inn! It was quiet and private and the rooms are adorable! We loved that they provided ingredients for s'more making! We also enjoyed the hot and cold plunge tubs! The waterfront is within walking distance and it was a nice walk down to the lake.

The only reason I give a 4 stars for service is because it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the sauna and some of the fire pit tables we couldn’t figure out how to turn on. We finally found one with a knob and it went on easily.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

What an absolutely delightful place to stay.

The room was so clean, cozy, and beautiful. The simplicity was very welcoming and calming. Created a restful environment for sure.

Minimalist style was refreshing and still very homey. This is a very nice place.

The staff were also very kind and helpful.

I also LOVE that they have the outdoor hot tub and sauna as well.

I definitely hope to return for another stay in the future.

What a lovely abode!

Our room was neat as a pin and still so cozy! The bed was perfectly comfortable, and the linens were cool and soft. The pillows were adorned with chocolate truffles.

The TV is massive. Basic amenities were coffee service, free bottled water, and a fridge. The long, wooden table and coffee tray really bring the warm nature of it all together. There are just enough outlets for 2?

While it was warm and dry on our visit, I appreciated their many towels/brushes/trays, etc for outdoor folks w muddy/snowy boots. The HVAC is perfect.

The bathroom is nice. Face wipes are a nice touch. Black towels for makeup removal - A+ move.

Great water pressure and heat. Provided products were nice.

Curtains are nicely fitted and despite being so close to the road, there is no noise from there, or other rooms.

We also enjoyed the fried chicken down the road...on the coffee platter.... Thanks, everyone :)

Fantastic experience! I was expecting a gloried “cheap” hotel and what we experienced was something much different. The rooms were clean, super well done (cute of I used that word!) and the staff was helpful, kind and professional.

Truly a hidden Gem. I was a little bit worried because I have never stayed at a “motel” before but over the fourth in mccall everything was booked. I was honestly so pleasantly surprised when I walked into my room. Super clean, super modern and amazing location. I have a place in Mccall that was occupied at the time but I would stay here every single time if I needed somewhere to go. I even tried to extend my stay but unfortunately it was booked. Would recommend to ANYONE staying in mccall. As nice if not nicer than the Evergreen and Much Much better customer service.

We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with our visit. We didn't know exactly what to expect going in. We loved the decor and clean simplicity of the room and decor. The staff (owner?) was very welcoming and friendly. Having smart TV streaming options was refreshing vs subpar hotel tv channels.

The coolest, most charming place to stay in McCall hands down. Beautifully designed rooms, a laid back ambience, and great amenities including an outdoor hot tub, plunge pool, and sauna! A true hidden gem.

Absolutely a wonderful stay in the King Deluxe room. The bed was comfortable and everything was so sparkling clean. I loved the simple, beautiful, elegant decor. The sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge were all such a treat to enjoy after my long hike at Brundage Mountain Resort and then my long bike ride at Ponderosa State Park. The location was spectacular. I was able to walk or bike to all the shops and restaurants as well as the lake and Ponderosa State park. I will definitely be back to stay here!

We were just passing through town for the night but this was such a cute stay! Right downtown so easy to walk and the rooms were super clean and aesthetic.

Incredibly cozy space. Rooms are beautifully done. Well thought out. Extremely clean! Hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge on site are great. Happy I found this place. Especially in off season. It’s so quiet and peaceful. Deer outside your windows. 💟 Great vibe all around.

This place is a gem. It was extremely clean, very convenient to town, and they take great care of their property --keeping on top of snow removal and making sure that everyone is safe. The staff was very responsive and friendly. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept on in years. Highly recommend.

Staying at the Scandia Inn was so wonderful!! The room was clean and the front desk was so kind. They even had complimentary snacks all day, a cold plunge, hot tub and sauna. If you’re in McCall, definitely stay here! I highly recommend!!

The accommodations have been upgraded and are well done. Easy access to local food (within 1-6 blocks). Check in was quick and staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot

The folks who run this place are just the nicest people! The day before a wedding took place we were attending, the front desk person ran out and bought extra flowers for the porch and lodge area!

We enjoyed a night in the King Suite at the Scandia Inn in McCall. Beautiful experience in the Pines, easy access to attractions, immaculate accommodations. S’mores in the evening, grab and go breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff.
