Tahoe Summit Village Timeshare

The staff were very nice. At about $120 a night for a big two bedroom condo with a jacuzzi and washer/dryer, this was obscenely good value for Tahoe.

The only problem was that a lot of the vertical blinds were missing. This seems like a really easy fix. Otherwise the condo was well maintained.

Location was great. The woman at registration was very nice and courteous let us know what is around and what things we could during our stay at this lovely place. Hot tub, game room, grilling etc. warned us about bears randomly coming and what to leave in our vehicle because of bears might come. Room was amazing. Just one thing made me make it 4 star instead of 5. Was a little smelly in the room. And whoever stayed or cleaned the room before we used it forgot one thing. Was a little surprised to find a surprise in one of the bathrooms which did not make me happy at the moment. Lets just leave it at that. Other than those 2 things this place was amazing. They would have gotten all 5 stars minus for those 2 things

They have the best price it was three bedroom, two-story condominium. We love it the only background is they don’t have elevators because it’s old building. Other than that we had a great time. We will be there repeat customers.

Went during the summer time, and we definitely preferred the location. It was quiet, peaceful, and a beautiful view. Only a few minutes from the main strip of Tahoe. Everyone that worked there were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Can't be the price! Was home away from home, but yes the stairs are a great workout. We definitely had bigger muscles in our calves and thighs lol, but will definitely stay again. My son loved their game room also! They had it all

What a great place to stay.. we felt so welcome the staff in the office were amazing.. the apartment was just perfect very cozy and comfy. We stayed 5 nights and ended up stayed 4 more nights somewhere closer in town and we regretted our decision we wish we would have booked our entire stay here at Tahoe summit.. the game room was a huge hit and a lot of fun and of course seeing some of the bears coming through at night.. we will be back and we will be staying here again… thanks

Great location close to Heavenly Stage Coach ski lift.

Lauren has always made our stay fantastic. She has treated our kids like her own family. Our kids go and borrow games and Lauren is so great with them. She chased off bears once and my daughter was so impressed. This resort is a fantastic family friendly place to stay. We stay here 2 to 3 times a year. Looking forward to our next trip.

Really high in elevation, make sure to bring food up before going. Rooms were a little outdated, carpets were dirty and worn down. Had a kitchen which was useful.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo for 5 days. It was amazing. They have all the pots and pans you can use. Baking trays, glass pans, etc. They have TV In all the rooms. They even have washer and dryer which was very convenient. The view was amazing. And very close to the ski place.

Lovely place to stay. The rooms are in excellent condition and the staff are fantastic.

The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cutlery, pans and other equipment. They have lots on offer in the game room and bbq grills to use.

I would recommend this place for families or other groups.

They are strict about occupancy though!

Master bath even has a large whirlpool tub!

The office closes at 7pm, but we had no problems with a late check in, just let them no in advance and they will hook you up.

Great place to stay in! I loved our room and there were a lot of options for hot tubs, there’s even roof top hot tubs which were beautiful at night! Saunas were another one of my favorites! I stayed in a two bedroom room and it was surprisingly very spacious! Fit 6 of us nicely.

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS AN OLD COMPLEX. NO ELEVATOR OR A/C. Amazing views come at a cost. Please just be aware. Lovely condo like rooms and close to EVERYTHING. DEFINITELY recommend. But just know, there are stairs and it can be a lot coming up and down everyday. Otherwise amazing staff and lovely rooms.

What a great condo. Lots of room,clean,well stocked. Shelley and others at front desk were so nice and helpful recommending restaurants etc. The 4 of are older and while my husband and myself have no problems with the stairs our cousins had to take it slow. We also are appreciative to Connor and Juan for helping us get suitcases etc up to the room # 107. Top floor!! Thanks again for a great visit. !!!!

The apartments are spacious (including lots of beds/sleeping arrangements), extremely clean, well-equipped with more than you will ever need in all the rooms (if you are a "decent" customer and don't ask for crazy stuff), the customer service is outstanding, and last but not least, the prices are excellent/flexible! What more can anyone really want? Hats off to Lauren (and Connor)! We'll be back for sure!

I traveled up on a Monday and stayed for 2 nights. Check in was a quick and easy. The front desk rep was very helpful and welcoming. She gave us info on local attractions, tips on food, travel information, and other helpful hints. She told us all about the site layout and how to access the different amenities. The location was good. It's located off of Nevada 207 not more than 10 -15 min from South Lake Tahoe. There is a small market and resturant/bar nearby. For anything else you have to head into town. It's close enough to make access easy, especially with the shuttles to Heavenly running, but also far enough to escape the bustle of the city. The nights are quiet and relaxing. The site has a central parking area with buildings to the right and left. I stayed to the right in an upstairs loft styled unit. There was a full kitchen, dining area, living room, fireplace, two bedrooms, and a full bath downstairs. The kitchen had all the basics(pots, pans, soap, coffee, dishes). There were two twin beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. There was also plenty of clothing storage. In addition there were several other closets in the main areas. The loft had a king bed, a full bath with a 2-person jacuzzi tub, as well as some storage. All the rooms had tvs with the living area having a large screen HDTV with a sound system. There was also a private balcony on the main floor. The furniture was a bit dated but all worked well. I felt the beds were a bit stiff but others liked them. The place was very clean upon our arrival and had fresh clean linens and towels. The combination of the site, location, and amenities made the stay relaxing and refreshing. My group was happy and would stay there again. There were even some nearby areas we found that we could do some sledding for free. This place is good choice worthy of consideration.

I had a condo with beautiful views of the Carson Valley

LOVE LOVE LOVE....... We planned our Christmas vacation here and it was so nice.... I had a unexpected major surgery just 4 days before we arrived. And even though i was in bed most of the time i was super comfy........ I had enough pillows and all the features made it easy for my family to care for me on the trip. With full bathrooms a Jacuzzi tub in-room and all the things they had inside made it so comfortable for my family of six. The kids enjoyed the gameroom and hubby and i enjoyed alone time by the fire..... I'd love to come back when I am more moble so i can have an even better experiance. Maybe even get to play in the snow..

Very nice and clean units. Excellent views and many locations nearby for food and entertainment.

Awesome place to stay. Very quite, clean and about 20 mins away from CA/NV stateline. If you have problem climbing stairs please don't book it. No lift there.
