Minden Meat and Deli

Place is the bomb. They do an outstanding job here. I come all the time for lunch. The tri tip sandwich is insanely good (I recommend double meat) and plenty of house made deli sides to go with it. Huge craft beer selection and fine whiskeys as well. This is a must stop in Minden-Gardnerville. One of the best places for lunch in the whole valley.

Still a great place to eat and drink. If you are a bourbon lover, you have to visit this joint. They purchase barrels from the best distilleries in the country and do their own special bottlings. Tonight was a single barrel bourbon from Knob Creek - excellent! Get on their whiskey mailing list to get notified of special events/tastings. You won't be disappointed- highly recommend. Tonight they had a dinner, a tasting, and some fun stories about the barrel. Terrific evening.

I really like this place, its a bourbon drinkers paradise, the food is amazing. The owner is very personable, knowledgeful on the brands he carries, and from what I saw during my visit very involved in the operations. Its definitely a great place to hang out and socialize with some very nice people. I just moved to the region from down the 395 and felt welcome and comfortable instantly.

Excellent customer service and the food was delicious, (i had the tri tip sandwich) and great craft beer selection, both on tap, growlers (bring your own) bottles and cans to go or enjoy there i had the privilege to Meet the owner Kevin and he was extremely helpful and sorted me out with cases to go..highly recommend this place when in Minden or the surrounding area off the 395. Amazing food! Had bbq burger and sweet potato fries. Holy beer selection! Tomato basil soup was perfect as well! Will definitely be back to try more!

Well, this place is awesome!! The owner, Kevin, and his staff will treat you like family. Definitely, not a bar, but has a bar and so many options of delicious beer on tap, but the best part to me is the FOOD. This is a GREAT sandwich/burger place. The Tri-tip sandwich with everything on it was the best Tri-tip sandwich west of the Pecos, if not all around. You can either eat inside or enjoy your meal outside on the patio. O, and if you are lucky enough, you just might catch Stone Cold Steve Austin in there. They also sell his beer. It's definitely a must stop place whenever I am in town.

My new favorite place to eat in NEVADA!!❤ The food is amazing! The specialty beer is so much fun and so many variety’s. I travel an hour once a week just to taste the fresh food and beer at this cute and comfortable deli cottage in the middle of a small town. After you can pick up some specialty cheese and crackers. The selection of wine and liquor makes this just a great place to stop in and hang out. On your way out purchase your favorite meats, cheese, wine, beer, ice cream (Local), and sooo much more. Did I mention your burgers are as fresh as any meat can get. They are ground on site. Yes they are a melt in your mouth burger. Highly recommend!!!!

Great small family owned shop with great food and an amazing beer and specialty Spirits selection. I can't leave there without filling a growler.

Staff was very friendly and helped us with our selections. And yes, the beer was cold and yummy also. Definitely will go back the next time we are in the area.

My go to here for a killer big burger and a beer or three. Fantastic massive beer selection on tap, every bourbon you can think of for sale. Plus many barrel picks at a great price.

Yum! I had the housemade bratwurst sandwich with spicy mustard & sauerkraut. The bratwurst was delicious. Enjoyed a cold draft beer (one of many to choose from) Enjoy!

What a great little place! They sell deli meats, cheeses, sandwiches and a huge variety of alcohol (a lot of local distillery choices) - and has a small bar. Nice environment with seating inside & outside. Sandwiches are very fresh & tasty! Prices are also reasonable for the quality you get. I highly recommend! *Note- We went during COVID regulations, and they followed all appropriate rules.

Great tasting food. Sandwhich portions have gotten smaller in recent years, but that is to be expected with an economic downturn (recession). Hopefully, when the economy gets better, portions will return to the size they once were.

Great food. Not a fast food place. But the wait is well worth it. Beer battered fries are great even slightly cooled from take out order.

We absolutely LOVE Minden Meat and Deli! Always GREAT food, service and price - we highly recommend this place to everyone by word of mouth and via social media!

Some of our favorites is the Reuben Burger - talk about to die for! The perfectly melted swiss cheese smoothered over thinly sliced in house deli pastrami with their very own house dressing, covered in saurkraut placed on top of one of their hard-pressed and house ground burgers - YESSSSS to die for yummilicious!!

Turkey Pesto Panini - OMTASTY!! Sourdough bread smeared with pesto plus chipotle mayo, grilled onions and the uniqueness of black olives, then roasted turkey covered in perfectly melted provolone - HEAVENLY PERFECTION!! Don't forget to add a side of beer battered fries or sweet potato fries - ohh yea now that's a meal! Or look in the deli case for one of their amazing side salads, we recently tried their in house Red Potato Bacon and Blue soooo yummmy we ate it all!

I must share with you they have 31 beers on tap that change weekly, be sure to check out their electronic board (and can be viewed online via their FB page) their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they will find one to please your palate with even a small sample if your not quite sure on what an IPA, a Sour or a Saison is. They will navigate you to the tasty pint of your choice or perhaps a flight of four, 5 ounce beers for $10 for a plethora of hoppyness!

Get in here to enjoy a GREAT burger, service, plus a pint or two!

Great little spot on our way through Gardnerville. This place has an absurd amount of beers on tap and would be a beer lovers Paradise.... I don't drink beer so I can't comment on that specifically but I can say the burgers we're great and we would definitely come back!

Best beer and burbon selection in town. You would not expect that from driving buy it. But it's worth the stop. Food is also good quality and not fast food.

My friend told me about this place, I'm so glad I paid attention. I don't even have the words on the quality and different options not only with the food but the many crafted beers. Come alone or with friends or family this is the spot! I can't wait to go back...
