I parked and came in to ask about a service and annual inspection. They were able to get me in within 30 minutes of me asking. The shop crew seem to work well together with friendly banter as well as getting the work done. Vanessa was exceptional with her attitude and work ethic. She did most of the work in the shop! Rob changed the oil filter and drained the oil. The guys inside at the desk were great too.

One of my favorite places. I have been here at the truck service twice and each time was quick and professional. Workers are very kind and helpful. Recommended to everyone

Absolutely the best tire service received at this shop. The last time I was here was about 8 years ago, the service at the shop was absolutely the best and still remains the same.

Never Break Down On The Ohio Turnpike or Have To Use AAA..With That Being Said We Were Ae To Get Towed To T/A Truck Stop..The Clerk Was Awesome..Checked On Us..Very Clean Restrooms & Store..

Highly recommend this truck stop over the rest nearby especially if you have laundry to do. Room is exacactly what it should be, best in America I seen, clean top loaders that work great dryers that work great a hige tv and chairs to relax in and watch. Not to mention this morning I was there late night and the staff was amazing! Was a great experience especially after I exhausted my whole 14 hr clock. Great job!

Needed gas and it was a good price per gallon

They did oil change on my truck today, friendly people, inspected my truck and told me everything that should be done with truck.

Josh was my mechanic, young guy but very knowledgeable.. I came in with a air leak when I hit my brakes.. turns out it was under dash.. he found it, went and got the part and fixed my issue.. The man at the counter who loves Western Stars.. was very nice and got me in right away.. I recommend this TA location

I came here to sleep and eat. There's a Taco Bell at this location. I made a mistake and got the wrong bag. I went back to the counter and explained. The lady behind the counter said not to worry about It, that they got it fixed, then she asked if I enjoyed it....I said absolutely. She said she was glad that I did. If you become stuck in a situation where you have nowhere to go but have a vehicle this is the perfect spot to spend the night. The parking lot is huge and everybody place was great I've always loved truck stops of America there's a shower amenity is awesome and the stories well cap with plenty of items to choose from.

had to have an abs light issue figured out got in fairly fast and tech {don y} did a good job and kept me informed as he was doing his job after 45 min he got my issue solved and my abs light was now working as it should thank you don and thank you TA for having good techs on hand when needed

Always enjoy coming here when I do have time to travel this way and taking I-80 weather is east of West and the fishing with in my DriveTime always use this place as a place to do a 10-hour break is always play No Parking with this here across the street all over it has a whole lot of places to eat at 2 so I enjoy coming here so it's really easy and back to the interstate so it's very convenient keep up the great work

The shop went above and beyond trying to find the problem. They took good care of me and was very fast

As an over-the-road truck driver, I am looking for different things than a family on vacation so please read this with that in mind. 1) LOTS of parking 2) Plenty of fuel pumps 3) I've been stopping here for 30 years and for the most part the folks have always been nice

First time here. Got here kinda late but was easily able to find parking. Employees were very friendly.

Stopped to use the restroom. Very clean and tidy. Got a delicious hot coffee and hit the road. All in just a couple of minutes.

Burgerking there was the best one ever! i haven't got a hot meal in 5 yrs from b king.almost wrote them off! Thy cook by the order.😘

Good clean shower and can get some good cheese burgers sandwiches while you doing your laundry, and service and your truck at the same time there is many to do here soon restaurant gonna be open.......

It was okay the shop people were great got me in and out real quick people in the store at least that night need some work no greetings when nothing feel like you shouldn't be there the stars are from the shop not the store at least not the night shift..that was the night of the 24th early a.m. of the 25th...
