Cannot express how amazing! Laura and Joanie were so much help for my mom and I. We walked away with 4 pairs of shoes and a few clothes! Laura helped my mom and I fit into perfect fitting shoes. Laura stayed a little over her shift talking to us and made the experience amazing.

It's been a while since I've been in an actual shoe store and the customer service was top notch. One lady assisted us and another lady named Joni had took over. She was amazing. My son got fitted for his first track shoes and he looks awesome and he's very happy with them. Highly recommended. If your child or you goes to one of the Medina City schools you get a discount also

Went in to get fitted for a good pair of running shoes with my daughter (almost 2), everyone in there was so patient, kind and helpful. Could not recommend them enough and will definitely be back!

The shoe salesman went beyond to find me the right shoe. Also offered a sale price for them. Did the same for my husband whom bought boots. Will definitely be buying our shoes from them from now on. Shop local not chain stores. You will be treated as such.

Very helpful. Went in seeking some advice on shoes based on ball of foot pain I’ve been dealing with. Shoes have helped tremendously! They have a big supply of 2e shoes for a larger tie box! Staff was great! Will buy more shoes in the future from here.

The extremely knowledgeable staff will take the time and provide insight into fitting the correct athletic shoe to fit your needs. They also carry anything you might need to jump start your exercise routine or help you heal from the strain of your workout.

Highly knowledgeable staff and amazingly huge selection/stock. They want to put the right shoe on your foot for maximum comfort and longevity to your price point. Couldn't recommend more.

The staff was very professional. They measure your feet, watch how you walk and pay attention to how your feet look. Then they get a variety of shoes for you to try on, check the fit, and watch you walk in the shoes. My feet feel amazing since I got my new pair. I tried other places but won't do that again. This is now my only work shoe store.

I don't know very much about running. I started on the treadmill maybe six or seven years ago and have done that exclusively. I'm down to four days a week but now that I'm 40 I guess my needs for running have changed. I tended to stick to one brand of running shoe, but daily aches and pains that I thought went beyond just being older made me reconsider if I should branch out of my comfort zone. I've had bum pairs of shoes that didn't last long and cost way too much and it led me to narrow down to just one shoemaker.

Anyway instead of just buying my preferred brand on Amazon again I thought I'd get some help from real runners and support a local business. That turned out to be a great idea because Angie got started right away on assessing my gait and had a bunch of suggestions. She asked me a bunch of questions and also had a lot to say about her own experiences and I thought it gave me a lot of insight into making my own decisions on which features of a shoe would better suit my preference.

I left with two pairs of new shoes and I'm really excited to try them out. I didn't go in knowing what I wanted because I thought I needed to rethink my approach to shoes. There did appear to be a large selection of athletic shoes to choose from, but I didn't pay much attention to which brands or styles were there. I went more for some professional advice and I felt I got what I showed up for.

They did not have shoes for my 9 year old son. Peter pulled out a magazine for my son to choose from. He had them delivered 2 days later from another location. We tried the shoes on and was a perfect fit. We really recommend seeing Peter for your next visit. He was very friendly and helpful.

I just moved to Medina. I have always gone to Vertical Runner in Hudson to get my shoes so it was a big deal to switch stores. Renee was extremely helpful having me try on shoe after shoe. I finally decided on a pair of brooks and I can’t wait to get started running again! This is a really nice shoe store with a lot of selection. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Once these are worn out I will be back!

Probably the best running store that I ever visit! The always have a great selection of trainers and spikes. The staff is always very helpful and always looks to get you the best pair of shoes. They are always very considerate of all of your needs and preferences. If you are looking for anything related to running I would highly suggest checking out this store.

Was recommended by friends and family. The staff was great, as soon as I walked in they asked what I needed help with. They fitted me, watched me walk around and gave me several options to choose from. Since it's a local shop it is a little bit more on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for. Great shoes + great service.

I have bought several pairs of running shoes there and some clothing for my wife and I. I have always been treated amazing and they were over the top helpful whenever i needed to order something. From cases of gels to my new watch band. Love having such a great running store so close to me!

Came in to find a new pair of running shoes after getting hit with nightmarish shin splints today. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced staff (Joe and Lee) that helped me find the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn. After walking briefly through the store with the shoes on - my shin splint pain was alleviated. When I put on my other pair, the pain came back on my drive home. Definitely recommend coming to this store if you're looking for new running shoes.

My fiancée and I went in today to be fitted for running shoes for the first time. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. They made recommendations without being pushy. We will definitely be back!!

Walked in with my girlfriend and we both needed new running shoes. The lady there was really nice and helped both of us at the same time. I love how they size you up and the point you in the right direction of what kind of shoes you need! Awesome service!
