Kohl's

This Kohl's location always meets my standards. It is super clean, not super crowded, and contains lots of merchandise. The best thing about this Kohl's is their wide selection of intimates.

I really like this store. It was my first time here. The store was neat, employees were nice, checkout was quick and actually shared some laughs with, I think his name is, Trynter. I got some amazing deals.

The checkout person was very friendly and helpful. Her joyful attitude improved my day. Stephanie was her name.

Store is clean ,neat, everyone is super helpful and friendly! Luanne is super kind and down to earth with a sense of humor. Great at her job!!! Give her a raise.

Very nicely run store. Fitting rooms are again open in several departments, and were spotless. Clearance was easy to navigate and merchandise was organized nearly throughout the store. My cashier (unfortunately her name is not on my receipt or I'd give her a shout out) was so friendly. They also handle online pickup very efficiently at this location. I will definitely be back.

I’ve gone to Kohls Medina for years and the store is always super clean/organized and the employees are always friendly/helpful. I wanted to specifically thank an employee named Bonnie for her help this weekend. Bonnie helped me at customer service with a big return and price adjustment. I was so nervous to go do it, and was really worried I may get someone behind the counter who was frustrated or annoyed with the task at hand. But this lady was so kind, patient and helpful. She made the experience so positive for me as a customer, even though it was a more complicated return that I had. People like Bonnie are what make certain franchise locations better than others, and make lifetime customers who are loyal to a brand. Thank you so much, Bonnie. She deserved some positive feedback and recognition .

I have never really had any bad experience with any Kohl's locations. They have all been clean, organized, and well stocked. This location was no different and had exactly what I needed.

I love to shop at Kohls. This store is always clean, the employees friendly and helpful. I always love how easy it is to do curbside pickup and drop Amazon returns off. The selection in the Women's clothing department is nice and the home department is one of my favorites :)
