I have to say I absolutely love coming to this location now, especially when the lady Nicole is there it's always so nice and clean and smells good when you walk in. The customer service she offers is hands down the best that I have encountered. I will go here before anywhere else. She treats people as she would want to be and has an amazing energy, polite & very curtious.
Thank you and keep being you. There isn't much of that left in Customer service now days.

This place is always open and always has a good selection of items. I recently move out of town and was back for a day, stopped in at 12 in the middle of the night and had a gentleman with the beard and he was the kindest guy I've met here. He helped me twice when we had issues with the pump and was kinda about the whole thing. He deserves a raise!

I have never experienced such great service and felt more like somewhere is a great place to be every time. Everything Jay does is ontop of service and above customer satisfaction. I have been in a lot as a regular and my interaction has always been good but when Jay is working, it is a whole different experience!!

The sales associate named Hannah is very good at her job.Customer service is a priority for her,we are grateful for that.

I am at Steve’s 7-Eleven locations; in Medina, and his other in Crestline, on a weekly basis. I have always received great service; from Isaac; in Medina, and Ellie; in Crestline. The owner of both facilities; Steve, is a great person, who will go out of his way, to accommodate your need.

Some of the best pizza around and very clean store and Michelle and Steve are pretty awesome people

Great staff, fast and friendly service

Depending on who's working it's usually good and you can tell. Certain staff are nice and friendly and the store looks orderly and things are running - other staff just aren't as on top of it and in their own little world. It's a convenience store - and it's convenient.

Average convenience store with the usual products. Good in a pinch, but other options are in close proximity.
