Jackie is a very talented young lady. I have been to some sign parties where I have asked for special sayings and she got them for me. She has even made me some cups that turned out amazing . Great Job and keep up the good work.

Jackie is professional and kind. She has done several fundraisers in her area and is always willing to help out and donate when asked (PTA’s, school sports, community fundraisers, etc.) She will go above and beyond to help and does anything, within reason (even offering to drive 20 or more miles to meet someone who had an issue), to make sure her customers are happy and the best product and experience are delivered.

A small town store with all kinds of decorations for around the home. There is also some clothing in there the inventory does change with the seasons as well. Like the clothing has some witty sayings. Definitely worth a browse.

Wonderful store! Lots of locally made products. Staff is friendly. Store presentation excellent.

Bought a gift certificate for my wife for Christmas, when we went to use it they said it’s no longer valid. I feel like I was definitely cheated out of a $100.00 from this place. I heard they are closing their storefront to pursue more online sales, I wouldn’t buy anything from them they are liars and cheats.

Owner WILL NOT stand behind quality and experience of the product. Buyer beware of pettiness, and not even being willing to make a donation to the fundraiser. They expect customer to sacrifice to remedy their oversight and if you don't, they'll block you!

The idea of creating a sign at a party is wonderful unless you are the ONE person in the group who was given a product to work with that had an ERROR. It was NOT what I ordered and paid for. I was DISAPPOINTED, to say the least, as I had no other choice, but to continue with a sign whose stencil was SOMEONE ELSE'S MISTAKE. While everyone enjoyed creating their sign with satisfaction, I waited with discouragement for someone to help try to fix the sign that is intended as personalized gift made by me. The girl running the party attempted her best to help, but we discussed that a representative of Charmed Farmhouse would contact ME regarding their error and my experience.

NO ONE reached out. After 2 calls and voicemails that I left at the phone number listed on the website, NO ONE returned my calls. Finally, after I reached out via Facebook Messenger, I received conditional apology for the error, and was told that the mistake on the finished product wouldn't have been noticed had I not pointed it out! I was offered a refund ONLY if I drove 1.5 hours round trip to the shop to return the sign.

So, in order to remedy THEIR error I would have to waste more of MY TIME only to be left empty-handed with no experience or gift to give. I was offered a replacement sign, but only if I would drop off the old and pick up the new sign - STILL WASTING MY TIME, EFFORT, and GAS. She would not even entertain shipping it to me and allowing me to return it with a label provided by them. When asked if she would simply DONATE her proceeds from the sale of my sign to the FUNDRAISER, she would NOT!

I am truly astonished by the pettiness of this owner and the intention to FURTHER INCONVENIENCE customers to remedy THEIR ERROR. Now I find myself BLOCKED on FB messenger.

The sign party could have been fun for me, and the owner could have easily remedied the situation at their expense because THEY were at FAULT. They were not interested in doing so. I hope you won't find yourself in this situation where CHARMED FARMHOUSE WON'T HONOR WHAT THEY PURPORT TO SELL.
