Pilot Travel Center

This place. Ohh let me tell you about this place! The staff AMAZING, the parking AMAZING, the bathrooms/shower AMAZING everything about this pilot was amazing! Only thing I didn’t like and it’s just me is they didn’t have ice cream. I was dying for a snickers ice cream bar. But other than that pick this place for your nightly stop or just for a quick bite to eat! Keep up the amazing work you guys!!

Staff is real good at communicating with customers. They did some upgrades here. The showers are big and have 2 shower heads so you can wash both sides at same time. Plenty of seating in showers and places to hang your shower bags The girl that works in pizza hut with braces, was good at getting my order right. She even made a dogie treat bowl for my dog. So i gave her a tip and told her merry christmas. Keep it up people, the other pilots need to learn from you folks.😉😉

My issue is. Prepay then not give u cash back if vehicle wont hold it. They said it will go back on card a lie there is some workers that keep your money. Went back next ti.e they me i had to call thier corp. Well I'll did that they tacked my transaction and no response was sent to get my cash back.

Clean restrooms. Very friendly staff at 130a. Nice bright lights around pumps.

Pilot is my go to place to purchase gasoline. I save .10 cents per gallon with the rewards card. I often go inside to grab a drink and snack as well. The station attendants are polite and great you as you walk through the entrance. The restrooms are always clean. Would recommend pilot to anyone that is driving through the area.

Surprisingly clean and well kept place with only 2 showers but they are absolutely great. Large and clean

The staff is very friendly, and helpful. Always the best price on fuel. I stop every week.

Cheapest petrol between Columbus, Oh & Ashland, Ky. Good coffee, soda & water selection, and grilled food is always fresh & hot. Bathrooms & showers are always clean. Employees are very polite & friendly too. I've been stopping here for years and I've never had a bad experience. I stopped once for coffee during a very long road trip. I was so sleepy. The cashier GAVE me a token for a free shower to help wake me up. I made it home safely & I now stop here every time I pass through

Pilot Travel Centers are great for travelers or truckers. For the both I think then product line is good. Good food, good drink selection, and a number of items anyone on the road could find handy. I think now and have always thought that most Pilot truck parking area are too small but this is my only complaint.

A decent safe place to stop and fuel up. The restrooms are clean. The store itself is clean. The have the usual selection of snacks and soft drinks. They also have a Pizza Hut. The cashiers are friendly and helpful.

Loved my experience at Pilot... All personnel were super friendly and helped me with smiles on their faces! They deserve a raise👌. Thank you very much and I look forward in stopping at a Pilot/Flying J again soon👍

Overnight staff was extremely nice. Showers were clean and the towels we're not soiled or worn out. One of the best Pilot's I have been to!

At the Pilot Travel Center the gas was much cheaper and the people were much friendlier. The atmosphere was set just right to make you feel warm and welcomed. Highly recommend stopping by and giving this cozy place a try 😊

Been stopping at the Pilot to and from Chillicothe for several years. Used to be cheapest gas around until Love gas station put in right next door. What can I say? I didn't like that. Still going there. Love the friendly service I always receive.

The pilot travel centers are always my aim when on the road. They have everything fully stocked all the time. There is a cleanliness about the place that you wouldn’t expect either.

Stopped here for gas along my Journey/Road Trip. The 2 female employees, that worked this early morning @ 12:30am 5-11-18, were very friendly and patient with me as it took a while for me to pick out everything I was picking up (gas, snacks, water, etc.) Would highly recommend making this Travel Center a stop along your journey, whether it's a short drive or a long journey like mine, to stop for a nice cold drink, gas, etc. The customer service will leave you walking out in a better mood than before you walked in.

Preferred place to do business with, outstanding service and support, very knowledgeable about the retail store and all products. A plus that pizza Hut was avalable with hot food and snacks. Outstanding visit
