It was a very efficient and friendly experience getting an upgrade on my new IPhone. The entire staff seemed to know what to do and kept the customers moving forward. 😉

The gentlemen that helped us out was phenomenal! We’ve literally worked with tech support for weeks & weeks & all they kept telling us was to “reset the phone often & iPhones were stubborn and would eventually fix itself!” Once we thought the phone into this location, we were there maybe 5 min before he knew exactly what was wrong with it! He was able to get into our account and fix it without any other issues. We will for sure be returning to this store for anything needed through Verizon, even with it being a 30 min drive!

Gizzi and the team have been amazing! I was struggling with getting my daughter her ipad for Christmas and getting accounts tweaked via the Verizon website. Gizzi jumped right on and made sure each family member had the plan that was best for them and got my daughter's ipad in time for Christmas!! Could not ask for a more amazing customer experience! There really is a Santa Claus!

Steven was the best. He answered all of our questions and was very professional. He even told us tp come back and he would help us get om autopsy and explained how it works

The salesman did a great job. He was by himself short staffed, and had numerous customers and but was very pleasant with everyone and explained he would be with them as soon as possible. I thought he handled himself very well with customers and the situation that he was in.

Hunter Wellington always exceeds my expectations! I follow him from store to store because he is thorough, extremely knowledgable and I trust him. He takes the time to explain things and never makes me feel rushed, He is an asset to Verizon and I wouldn’t be a long time customer if it weren’t for him!

Wes was very helpful! He advised, allowed me to ask questions and had the answers. He was quick to activate the new device. Great experience!

I'm leaving this review to Thank Mr Allen for going above and beyond his duty in helping me unlock my stupid phone, he took the time to listen to my issue and explained that it would be a 50/50 chance! He didn't turn me away he tried and successfully unlocked my phone!

Stopped in to trade on an old phone. Josh the store manager helped us and he was hands down THE best rep I’ve ever worked with! Very knowledgeable without pushing into the newest phone and cared about what we needed in the functionality of the phone. Great experience! Thanks Josh! The other employees were super professional and sweet while we were there so personable!

This is an updated review. I went to this store and bought a replacement phone for my business which I needed quickly. The salesman, whose name I no longer remember, double protected my phone. When I left and saw this I was very upset. I felt taken advantage of and went back in a few days later to complain. Talked to the district manager who did all the right stuff. Now, a few years later and easily 10 drops of my phone onto a hard surface, I realize that I would have probably replaced my phone, or it's screen, several times. This salesman saved me a lot of money in the long run. I am regretful about my complaints. My only thought is that running it past me would have been a better approach. I will shop here again if need be.

If I could give them a 10 I would! I worked with the manager And she was such a great help! Going to Verizon wasn’t supposed to be the highlight of my Saturday but they made sure it was!! Thanks so much for helping me get my sister a new phone with a lot of accessories for a price that didn’t hurt my pocket!!

The representative (Josh) was very inviting and very patient during my entire visit to Verizon. Josh understood my issue and was eager to help! I’m thankful that someone so intelligent was able to assist me.

The young man that helped me was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Got a new phone and on on my way quickly. All employees there were helpful!

Trey was absolutely AMAZING, I never seen one individual multi-task so well. He was the only one in the store and had a full store of customers and was very professional and having a good time with all his customers... we was in the store for hour or so and it was well worth the wait he did AMAZING job.. Verizon really has a STAR..
