Omg...these people are amazing with me. They were great at helping me with an upgrade to the new s22+ ultra. Awesome phone too by the way.
They help me to manage my payments, they did everything that needed to be done so I didn't have too..
Thank you Ryan and the manager that helped .great job. You both deserve a raise by the time you were done with me..
Thank you Circleville store located next to the train tracks..
I'll return when ready to upgrade the other phone I have.

Lets be honest. Nobody wants to deal with phone issues. It is frustrating. However, if you talk to Amanda Brady at this location. rest assured your issue will be addressed and you might just leave with a smile. 😉

Okay, I previously wrote a rather scathing review approximately a month ago, and I'm quite pleased to give word of improvement. The customer service issues have been removed (previous employees). I had a wonderful experience, and urge others to give this store another shot. Just ask for Bryce.

Great customer service, answered all my questions and very knowledgeable on all the products and accessories in the store! I've been a Sprint customer for a long time and I've never had any complaints! Keep up the hood work Sprint!!

Genuinely great services. Any questions I had were answered honestly and in a timely manner. For the questions the rep didnt know he found out from his manager quickly. Would give 6 out of 5 stars if possible. Justin, Tristan, and Bryce are great to work with!
