We just had a bathroom totally remodeled from sheetrock to tile to final finishing touches. Skip and his team (Joe and Trisha) did a fabulous job helping us select materials of high quality and then installing it all with excellent craftsmanship. We wanted a one-stop-shop experience and were able to achieve a beautiful bathroom at a very affordable price. We highly recommend SE Kitchens and Baths.

The girl at the business is amazing believe her name was connie. Anything you want for a kitchen or bathroom and actually almost anything they will and can do complete basements as well and come out amazing !!! Only great quality stuff and so worth it.

SE Kitches remodeled one full bath (25 sq ft) for me in 2016. I would strongly NOT recommend this company! Due to the owners horrible customer service skills and lack of professional communication, there were numerous mistakes made throughout the small project. Wrong shower door installed, incorrect application of radiant flooring. They took more than 6 weeks to complete the job. Over changed for materials , then failed to supply correct invoices. Since then I have had to repair multiple plumbing problems.
The ladies in the office are lovely and very helpful. Too bad they are lead by such an incompetent business owner.

I was able to add photos of the “quality” craftsmanship that skip does. If he thinks this is quality, he is dilusional. Check out my pics and review on Facebook as well. It’s rather comical how defensive he got and started bad mouthing me when I wrote a bad review. If you notice, 3 of his 5 star reviews are made by him and another is from one of his workers who doesn’t even own a house. This guy is a real gem!

In response to skips slanderous comments toward me. I’ve asked skip to come and remove the glass shower door he installed after I had a reputable shower door

Not looking for anything for free, I have a great job and do very well for myself. I just want a quality job. I am trying to figure out how to post pictures of the door he installed, one of his employees said she wouldn’t have allowed skip to install doors because
He doesn’t know what he is doing and they normally use allerdice glass to install them. I will be forwarding all of my correspondence between as kitchens as well as the pictures to nys attirney general and better business bureau.

Buyers beware!
These people are the worst people I’ve ever dealt with. I was told no one could beat their prices and come to find out one of the employees there said they mark everything up 25% after I saw an invoice that was left from their counter top people. Multiple orders were screwed up, orders were supposed to be placed before they were going on vacation and never were and to top it all off. Skip himself installed a glass shower enclosure in my master bath that looks like a 9 year old did it. It leaks so bad in multiple places that I had to have another company come in and they couldn’t believe skips craftsmanship. I’ve called them and told them I want it removed from my house but Skip doesn’t even have the balls to call me back personally and then he sends me a bill. Needless to say I have a new shower door company installing a new glass enclosure. If you are even considering using these people you should have your head examined

Everything that could go wrong did, errors happen and they eventually handled most of the issues however when the problem was their craftsmanship they chose to ignore the situation rather than address it. We requested they handle it numerous times and were ignored. I honestly wasn’t even going to write a review but I don’t think it’s right that the owner and employees have rated the business here as if they were customers. So while you may see a bunch of 5 star reviews keep in mind 4 or 5 of them are from them.
