Wendy's

My hiking buddies and I have made it a tradition to get Wendy's every time we finish hiking. This is our go-to spot, and we couldn't be happier. The food is always delicious and hot. The staff are amazing. A big shout out to the employee with red hair. Their positive attitude is always great!

They've got good employees! Every time I stop they're friendly and efficient even though they get pretty slammed! Kristy up front tonight was great :)

Wendy's is freaking awesome! Clean, good food and fast service. I can't remember ever having a bad experience at Wendy's. Enjoy!

The people who work there are friendly and professional service, needs cleaning.

We use this location often, and never have problems with the food or service. Also...the new orange frosties are my new obsession. 😋

Fast and easy. The drive thru employee spoke clear and got the order quick.

Me and some friends pulled up to the drive thru at 2:57am. This Wendy's location closes at 3am the majority of fast food places close early but not here! They stuck to their word. Eric took our order and he was as enthusiastic as you’d expect him to be at 12am. Ralph took care of us at the window and did an outstanding job providing us his services and adding to the friendly and honest atmosphere of Wendy's.

Their mobile app is very difficult to use. Actually only ended up using my junior ice cream key tag for a free ice cream.

Always this one guy at the drive thru when i go there and hes the best great service but not impressed when other people do drive thru. forget my straws and service is poor.

Quick and easy, the biggie bags are genius and cost friendly too.

This is the only Wendy's I've ever been to where the burger actually looks like the pictures you see in advertisements. Took a few minutes to get my food, but I'd rather wait and have a burger that doesn't look like the person who made it hates their life. My job sucks but I do things the right way for others. That's why I had to write a nice review for these folks. The cashier lady was very nice. Oh and nothing was missing. I don't get that very often!

We stopped in here with a group of 10 at a busy time of day. The staff kept our orders straight, were very quick, and our meals were great! There was a fellow constantly going around cleaning, wiping, taking out trash. It was a very clean restaurant and all the employees we encountered were friendly and professional. Kudos!!!

After eating at this Wendy's in Glens Falls I am impressed. Hadn't had Wendy's in awhile and this was a great experience. They still have reasonable prices (unlike McDonald's, Five Guys et al) and excellent food. This restaurant was very clean, and staff was awesome, cranking out food rapid fire. Baked potatoes are so good and can be swapped in on any value meal instead of fries. Burgers were solid, and my kids liked the nuggets more than McDonalds or Burger King. Really good experience.

Good service here. Order was right and fast, cachier took special care to label the one different sandwich we had, and asked how we wanted it bagged, very good customer focus in my opinion.

This has to be the fastest Wendy's I've ever been to. Consistently. Staff is always friendly. Never had to complain about cold fries here! Love this place. My favorite local fast food stop.

we pulled up cause we seen all the lights on. The girl took our order we got 2 4-4s. we pulled up to the window and all the lights went out. it was exactly 2am when we placed our order but instead of telling us they where closed they made our food all very fresh and perfectly made they served us with a smile not 1 complaint. I'm very sorry I held them up I didn't notice the time. I myself just got out of work and was so tired and so hungry. I'm extremely greatful they made my meal for me and didn't make me feel bad about it either. the customer service there is beyond 5stars!

I have to give this Wendy's a good rating they are quick and efficient and the food is always warm. The staff are super friendly and know their repeat customers and take their time to memorize their orders. Parking lot can be difficult to pull out of when your going left but if you go right and pull into right aid there is a back street that loops you back to right where you need to be to take a left. Very clean fast food joint!

I love going to Wendy's. Food is always great and the speed of the drive-through is tremendous. Those guys really got their stuff together. There could be a line out to the road and you know you're going to get through and just a few minutes. Bravo well done
