Last month, got a beautiful monstera there but unfortunately left my bag on the shopping cart. It’s hidden behind the plastic seat board, I didn’t notice and totally forgot it. Then I called customer service to check if they had found a bag, she asked several people and said yes. They found my bag, listed everything in it, and checked name when picking up. Very good service, thanks a lot, Harold, Okolo, and Shawna!

I enjoyed this home Depot because I don't feel overwhelmed by the merchandise. I'm not a home Depot person but I know they have what I want and when I come to this location again I'm not overwhelmed. Frustrated by not finding and not knowing how to measure things. The staff is very helpful but again go early in the morning when there's no one there but you the cashiers but they are friendly.

I went to Home Depot today to buy filters for our furnace. As I was doing self check out, a nice gentleman came over to me and told me to get two more as they had a special and two more would’ve been free, which I did. When I came back the manager Gigi was talking with With the employee as well and I happen to mention how satisfied I was with the customer service, and appreciated his information. This is a great store particular for a woman, who is not as knowledgeable as a man in many areas to go to this store with employees who are very knowledgeable thank you again for your assistance. I greatly appreciate your customer service skills.

Very nicely laid out store, easily accessible within in shopping center, and wonderful customer assistance and service. Updated speedy check-outs, offers a wide range of home improvement products, resources and tools. They will order it if it is not in-stock. Nursery’s plant selection is also numerous as is all outdoor finishings. Most importantly, outstanding return policy for all store products, even including plants, worth spending money with said policies in place.

I needed new door hardware.I also needed someone to install the hardware Ilooked for a pro tru home depot and Justin. Fahy called he was prompt worked fast and cleaned up after and his price was reasonable his specialty is carpentry but also does remodeling bathrooms and kitchens he is very good

I love The Home Depot. And this is the best one I have ever been. I love the people lifter at The Home Depot. It's so new and modern like the whole entire Nassau Park Pavilion and clean and environmental friendly. Also I will add a McDonald's in the shopping center this Home Depot is in and I will use this shopping center in the new episodes of Corduroy The Bear I will write and produce at Nelvana.

I was in this Home Depot's gardening section for about 5 minutes. In that time I saw a customer get a great suggestion for what to plant this time of year, an elderly client get assistance bringing a large order out to their car and about 20 people quickly and efficiently get checked out. All this in only about 5 minutes time. This location definitely does it right!

We were looking for paint and greeting quickly. The recommendation was great and had successful in the needed use. Store was clean and well stocked. There was a line at self check out, and the customer service people had no problem, ringing us up and got us out quickly.

Went to this store because I thought it would have what the store closer to me didn't. They not only had it but caught a great sale. Associates were great.

I've found the staff helpful when searching for items. Usually if I know exactly what I'm looking for, I go online to their website and search if it's in stock and what aisle/bay. It's a huge time-saver. The store is kept tidy, and the plant section is always well-stocked, which is an area I visit often. I do find sometimes the variety and sizes of planters either limited or out of stock, but I don't think that should be a star deduction for something so inconsequential. The minute key making machine, though it takes a bit more than that, has been a lifesaver. I need to make copies for my work, and so far never had a problem with any.

Well tonight, I did a walk through to check out what kind of tools they had for sale & was very pleased with what I found. They have a great sale on Milwaukee & Makita cordless tools. A nice variation of different tools on sale for each brand. And I can't forget Klein hand tools as well. Check it out, you'll be very pleased IF you have a love for tools like I do. And Kim (a sales associate) at checkout was very helpful as well.

This location is very clean and organized. Their indoor plant selection is incredible! I was helped by an associate named Stephen who was located at the outdoor register. He was so kind and helpful. Stephen helped me locate what I was looking for immediately and provided a friendly and speedy check out. I’ll make the drive to this location from now on!

I am looking for a new dishwasher, and want to recognize Jamal, in the appliance department. Jamal was patient and able to explain the differences between the products so that I could make an informed choice in purchasing. Very customer-centric employee!

Customer service Alejandro is very helpful to get me a refund for charge of appliance installation not performed and parts not delivered due to a copper pipe setup in my house.
