Aroma Joe's Concord

So I am normally a repeating customer here and everyday I ask for a 32oz energy drink and I tell them to surprise me on flavor, and this time I got a thing on top called cloud topper or something like that and it is the best drink I've EVER got from them. I love this store and highly recommend a cloud topper on your energy drinks here keep up the great work :)

This was the first time my wife and I had ever tried any this brand of coffee on our road trip and were very satisfied with the coffee and breakfast items we ordered. The variety of flavors they offer on hot coffee was different and the ones we tried were delicious. Good enough that we stopped again the following day for breakfast again. We tried The Nutty Bar and Sticky Bunz hot flavored coffee and both were tasty and not over sweet. The hashbrowns are a must.

I visited this coffee shop in Concord, NH today for the first time, as I'm visiting Concord for a couple days on a New England wide work trip. You gotta check this place out! It was convenient on 135 Loudon Rd. across from Keach Park, Concord, easily accessible off of Loudon Rd., sufficient parking and easy drive through ordering around the building, I was welcomed upon entering, the outside and inside of the building was nicely decorated, the employees were all friendly and efficient, the dining room was clean with sufficient, varied kinds of seating, music playing, big windows to let the sun in!, a good size menu of drinks and light food items to go, the restroom was clean, and the free WiFi worked well.

So many sugar free syrup options. No other coffee shop compares if you’re avoiding added sugars!

I was nervous ordering from here, I ask for normal coffee with sugar and cream. It was one of the best tasting coffee I ever had.

Always a great experience here with Logan and the team! They always pump out the orders as quick as possible to the letter go team lol!

So I have been coming here religiously daily spending $7.16 up to 20 bucks per day. The staff has always been great, however once the girls learn the drinks and menu and start to be efficient they end up leaving and going to college or a different career path. Recently I had a special on my app that said maple Mondays ($2.00 for a latte choice of two different ones) I don't really drink these but for 2 bucks because I have the app I thought let's get one! After ordering I saw they charged me full price for a drink I really didn't want, just ordered it because I was a valued member and could get it for 2 bucks. All the fine print, details and disclaimers on the app were followed. The young lady had a hard time pulling it up on her app so said I had to pay full price, after arguing for a solid 5 minutes and holding up about 6 cars behind me I said it's fine just cancel my entire order and I will not be back here and I'd like to talk to a manager later today! All you have to do is plug in 2 dollars for my drink and figure out your app problems later. But no I was being told it's not valid 3vwn though I kept saying it is valid every single detail on my app says it is valid. Needless to say I got my drink for the special price after a long time having to argue and cause somewhat a scene for it. It was not the money as I have given multiple employees who when their last day there going off to college who have been pleasant, quick and efficient for me for months of getting to know them there l have given them $100 tip! I hate to have to leave this review but it needs to be addressed as service has become slower and slower at this location, I understand help is hard to find with our current economic situation but good attitudes in the customer service fields should be a no brainer.

I have always been a big fan of AJ’s. This location is great with a friendly staff. I find the drive through moves quickly even when busy. Thanks for making my mornings enjoyable!

Super friendly staff and affordable coffee. Love this place. Also super friendly towards dogs, always gives them a milk bone. Today Atlas got his first Pup Cup!

Coffee is EXCELLENT, I'm addicted to the iced machiattos. Most of the "seasonal" flavours are here year round, the food is yummy, and the staff are super friendly. I love ordering at a window with a real person who can hear me! Can get a little backed up in the morning, but that's your standard breakfast coffee rush. Sometimes I've arrived in the morning and found it empty! Great place, better quality coffee than Dunkie's (but don't tell them I said that it'll ruin my street cred.)

One of my favorite coffee shops. They have great lattes for a reasonable price. They also have a variety of non coffee energy drinks if coffee isn't your thing. I would place it's pricing somewhere between Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. It's a cozy little coffee shop in a nice location. Aroma Joes has a range of flavors and foods that could entice anyone.

Great service and friendly staff every time. The food is tasty and the coffee is fresh and delicious.

Not only is the food the best breakfast food for a drive thru ever, but the coffee is always made perfectly and the people there are so hard working and friendly even through this whole covid situation.

I love AJ's and the staff here in Concord are great! I've never had a bad experience when stopping by. I'm allergic to dairy and I love that they have oatmilk now. Plus the have Stevia in the Raw if I'm trying to avoid sugar.

Better than dunkin, less pretension than Starbucks. I moved back to CT and miss them very much. They remember the orders of their regulars which is also a plus.

I like coffee. I like hot coffee made fresh and with some care. I like an occasional cappuchino as well. That's what you get at Aroma Joe's. They make coffee very well. They have fantastic tea choices too. They also offer baked goods to many to list here. This one is on Loudon Rd, otherwise called Concord Heights. It's easy to see. There is a parking lot. The interior is pleasant and offers several tables. The helpstaff is not only polite and professional but they really know coffee and tea and are sure to have something on the menu for nearly everyone.

Staff was very helpful with my app, and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves working together. I like that!

The best iced coffee, period. My order is prepared exactly how I expect it, each and every visit. Fast, courteous service; I never mind supporting the tip jar! Must try.
