Best Buy

Came in yesterday looking for a specific cord, the employee we spoke to, Lukas, was determined to try & help us find the right cord. He ended up figuring it out, & pointing us in the right direction! We had bad luck trying to find this same cord at another store, & were happy that our search was over! It ended up not being the cord that was the issue, so I came back today to return it. Honestly great customer service, it was very much appreciated :)

I have had mixed interactions at other best buys. This time was amazing. They had the best deal for the product I was looking for, got me and my mom set up with everything and even looked in the back for the open box item, those are discounted. I have had a few things financed with the card before and I always close the card after. This time they didn't try to sell me on the out of store visa which has less zero apr. I was extremely satisfied with the service and them having everything I wanted.

Pleasant staff members (though not enough of them) who generally know what they’re talking about (and this can helpfully answer questions).

Prices are the same as the big online retailers, and you get to see/touch/trust the goods here.

They were able to deliver my new TV in 2 days (too big to throw in the car and take home!!!).

So, yeah… recommended. Why not support a store that employs local people, right?

I bought an Apple Laptop here and the man helping me was top notch. Was able to answer every question I asked articulately and was helpful in every response. It is a small store, but the helpful staff makes this a great place to go to.

I love best buy though sometimes it feels like the sales people are on commission, I make it a point to get all of my electronics in one place to make it easy to talk to someone about any returns etc. So that's nice. Recently I bought a 199.00/yr plan that covers all repairs of electronics purchased there. Seems like a good deal!

I was relieved to have my laptop malfunction diagnosed and solved so easily. The technician's support was excellent.

Best Buy is always nice, such a Great Store with a Variety of Electronics, and alot of Great Items that People can get and be Very Happy With!!!

Jerry at the Concord store was very helpful and respectful while we were shop for a new computer today.

Placed an order online for a gift I needed for Christmas that was to be picked up. I was notified when the items were available and the amount of time I had to complete the pickup. We went to pick the item up on a Sunday. Walked in, pulled up my confirmation email, hit the button notifying that I was there and someone came right away to the pickup counter to help. They scanned my email, gave me my items and I left. It was an extremely easy transaction, the pickup area is right at the front of the store, which made for easy in and out. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Excellent service and a little surprising based on my in store experience at other locations. Very appreciative and it's good to hope that perhaps Best Buy will begin to refocus on customer service, inventory on hand and store appearance.

I’d like to take a moment to recognize the Manager, Aidan and his team for the amazing service they provided to my family and I on a very large appliance order. I was on a tight timeline due to an upcoming move and Aidan helped me through the process. I can’t say enough about how enjoyable the experience was. In today’s world it is rare to find excellent customer service. I highly recommend working with the Best Buy team in Concord.

Bought a PS5. Staff was very eager to help and pretty knowledgeable with all the questions I had.

Corey at the Concord, NH location was amazing. I went there one hour before closing looking for a replacement laptop. It was the only one in my area and I needed it for work the next day.
There was only one left and he took his time to look for it everywhere even though it was hard to find. He was very patient and helpful. He went above and beyond on his service. Thanks again!

Went in to have my computer looked at last week. Was told I would need an appointment but would be out of town for first available. Jerry was extremely helpful and accommodating by tending to my computer immediately with a quick fix! It was very much appreciated that he was kind enough to help and successfully fixed my problem! Great location! Very big selection of electronics and interactive displays as well. The Customer Service people don't hound or hover so it's nice to be able to check things out and not be bothered every 5 minutes. I was able to check out the products I was interested in and take pictures as well so I could show my son who was not with me. I would definitely reccomed this location for all your electronic needs.
