Thrifty White Pharmacy

I've been to thrifty white pharmacy twice now. Both times the experience and customer service have been fantastic. I worked with Cheri yesterday she is so friendly and outgoing truly a gem for the pharmacy I will frequent this pharmacy more often.

Best customer service ever! Cheri, Korrin, Jane and Kris were super helpful and unbelievably quick filling prescriptions that were ready for pick up only minutes after they were ordered from the dr. Other pharmacies should take training lessons from this place!

Love this small town pharmacy! After years of dealing with CVS and Walgreens it is a breath of fresh air to get our RX from a place with great customer service!! Keep up the great work!!

The pharmacist are all knowledge and helpful with all of my questions. The support staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. A great experience all the way around. If they don't carry something they might be able to order it. A great business.

Love this pharmacy. But is there a way they can not try to talk me out of using good rx each time? Makes me feel bad each time. Im on ss only and need to save money when I can . Thank you for listening. Ursula

Worse pharmacy ever!! Their computers are ALWAYS down. So it's either wait and wait and wait or pay cash because their credit card machine don't work. They are OUT of Rx meds most of the time. When they do it's a FIGHT to get your FULL RX. Either the "insurance" won't cover it, then when insurance does, Thrifty White won't fill it or they don't have enough, etc. They act self righteous and on a power trip. It's one hoop to jump, than another and another. They are SLOW, LAZY AND RUDE!!!

My wife went to Thrifty White Annandale to pick up a prescription for our daughter. She went through the drive thru window (11-1-2022) and was informed that the prescription hadn't been sent over by the clinic. The employee insinuated that; either the clinic didn't send the prescription to the correct location, or that my wife was perhaps at the wrong store. The clinic is roughly .5 miles down the road and Thrifty White has been the only pharmacy we've used for our children. My wife said the employee basically then proceeded to tell her non-verbally that she should move on. My wife then parked in the lot and called the clinic. The clinic employee apologized on behalf of Thrifty White and informed my wife that the prescription was sent over 15 minutes ago. My wife then returned to the drive thru and the employee was waiting for her with the prescription. Why didn't the pharmacy call the clinic? The clinic shouldn't have to apologize for the pharmacy. Cordial customer service really goes a long way.

I went here and they told me their computers were down! I was okay with that..... so I called a hours or so later the lady said they were still down and just hung up! If I were customer service I would ask is there anything else I could help you with or I’ll call you when your prescription is filled! Nothing just hung up! So I had my prescription filled at coborns pharmacy and they were so nice and helpful! Never again thrifty white you lost a customer!
