Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We ordered a chicken strip meal and a confetti cake-dipped cone. Everything was hot and fresh, and the fries were excellent. Best fast food experience I’ve had in awhile.

I was part of a group of 11 people that stopped at Granite Falls DQ on Friday afternoon. Sharon and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I will certainly be back!

Super nice people, got food fast. I ordered a classic #12 spicy chicken sandwich and the manager made sure I really like hot spicy food before purchasing. He also gave me an idea of how hot it would be. He also was very good at making sure the tables were nice and clean.

The manager was herding cats trying to get everyone fulfilling their duties (I assume a lot of new hires), but he was very patient and his customer service skills were impeccable. The ice cream was delicious as always, and the dog loved his pup-cup. Would stop again when traveling through.

It is your typical dairy queen/ fast food place. Mostly teenagers or young adults working. Give them a break if they have an error, they're learning. Building itself is clean and free of the usual fast food chain grime so that's a Def plus in my book.

Great food and fast attentive service. Floor and bathrooms could use a good scrub.

I dine in, I take out, and I come back for more and more,,,and now that it’s finally summer for a moment,,,the Cotton Candy Blizzard calls my name all day,,,as well as all night!!!

The food was cold and service was ok, but the thing that amazed me was that there was a teenager, white, skinny, hat backwards that was cleaning everything. When we walked in he was spraying down tables, by the time we got our food he was cleaning the bathroom after that he then cleaned all the door handles, when we left he had sweeper the floor and was moping it. I was so impressed with his service to keep the restaurant cleaned and he was disfecting everything to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. I asked this young man's name and he said it was Gage. I was very impressed with his service and I recommend coming back to the granite falls dairy Queen just for the service. I really believe he deserves a raise for cleaning and helping prevent Coronavirus.

Manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience along with everyone else that we observed that ordered food.

One of the better DQ's I have ever eaten at . They have not let me down yet like some places have post COVID.

We had the delicious Cotton Candy Blizzard and it was amazing! Service was polite and efficient. So happy with this Dairy Queen!

pretty busy at 3 in the afternoon there but it was also deer in Western Fest they were still really really quick with service

The girl that dose cash register all the time when school was going on she is nice and always dose a great job and very respectful
