FANTASTIC!! Had a warning come on just a couple days before having to drive across the country. They got us in same day and swapped the light bulb for the taillight and got us on our way so fast!! Generous and thoughtful people. We will definitely be back. This place was CLEAN and amazing! You can tell they take great pride in their work.

I am very satisfied with the repairs I have had done to my vehicle at precision imports. They do an excellent job and have taken very good care of my vehicle and my family! They saved me a lot of money. I was told by another place that I needed a new transmission. I called Precision looking for estimates they asked me to bring it in so they could check it out. I'm glad I did as the problem wasn't the transmission it was a cracked motor mount. They put a new one in and now it's running good as new. I recommend them.

Accurate estimate. We actually had labor overlap between the 2 types of repair. They reduced the overall bill fairly. Not as expensive as dealer but still quality work. Wisely installed oem parts where appropriate and aftermarket parts when possible to save a bit. Friendly honest people

I recently had our bmw 530xi oil changed at Precision Imports. The service was excellent, I was very impressed with their facility it was very neat and clean. The waiting area was very comfortable also. I would highly recommend them for all your service needs.

I have been going to Precision for years with my BMW's and VW's. I really can't say enough about the quality of service I receive every time. From minor repairs and oil changes, to some pretty big jobs, I know I am paying a lot less than the dealer would charge while getting the parts and expertise that meets or exceeds that of the dealer.
I live in the north metro and it is worth the drive to get my cars serviced at Precision.

I bought a used vehicle from Tony and Jen, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after the car had some issues. They made me feel cared for and not just another customer. I'm really thankful for how they treated me. Thank you!

I usually don’t write reviews, but it is definitely necessary for this shop. They do excellent work, have a super friendly staff, and have helped me out multiple times getting my vehicle fixed quickly when it had unexpected breaks. I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else.

Additional review. Had a brain teaser of an issue. PI worked with us to get it resolved. Had a loaner to get me home and use until repairs were done. Q5 runs great again.

I have always had great experiences with them working on my VW Beetle Turbo. They’re accurate, honest, generous and professional. This is the cleanest, most beautiful garage I have ever seen. It’s neat to be able to watch them work on your car while you wait. Thanks for everything, Precision!

I scheduled my diagnosis appt recently after my cooling fan sounded as if it had gotten louder. Precision Imports was able to schedule same week, diagnosis the problem and review any other potential problems swiftly. We scheduled repairs when it worked in my schedule and was repaired same day with the offer of a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop! I appreciate their thorough work to diagnosis and repair my vehicle quickly and efficiently!
