Vanderpoel Disposal

Not only were they the best priced I found.. but today I left my garbage can at the top of the driveway. They noticed, got out of the truck, brought it down the driveway AND emptied it. Now that's some great service!!

We used a roll off from Vanderpoel Disposal when we built our home and were very happy with the service we received as well as the pricing, so after our home was built we decided to stay with them and have our household garbage service through them as well. We appreciate that they are a hometown business, are super friendly and helpful which is a definite plus. I highly recommend their services to anyone who wants a friendly, reasonably priced disposal service to work with.

Amazing customer service! I was scrambling to find a dumpster company because the contractor I was using didn't line this up ahead of time. Vanderpohl was able to accommodate my urgent request and worked with me on timing. I'd highly recommend this company!

We have had nothing but a great experience with Vanderpoel Disposal since we moved into our house a couple of years ago. They are always extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I appreciate how they always go the extra mile too! On a couple of occasions, we have forgotten to place our can at the end of the driveway and they have still drive up the driveway to empty it! We would highly recommend them.

Great company! Always answer the phone by the second ring - but I've only called them to pay my bill or ask for a recycling calendar. Way more competitively priced than the larger national companies I've used before and had my bill increase almost every time I opened one. Never an issue when I've stuffed my cans until no more could fit.

Amazing customer service. Phone conversations have all been live (rather than automated service), professional and very friendly. We initially contacted Vanderpoehl to rent a roll-off dumpster and we’re so impressed with their service that we cancelled our existing trash service and switched to Vanderpoehl.

Amazing Customer Service!! We switched to Vanderpoel when our bill kept increasing from our last garbage disposal company. Even after calling the previous one, prices would continue to increase. I heard about Vanderpoel on a Facebook garage sale site. It was the best decision I hade made. Due to our younger children putting garbage into the recycling bin, we decided to only go for the two largest garbage bins. $26/ month for both bins!! Not only was their customer service rep always helpful, the drivers are also very nice and willing to go out of their way.

A year later and I’m still happy with my service. Today I forgot to bring my garbage down, and the guy working went above and beyond to bring our garbage down (something I would never expect because I forgot and that’s my bad) I am very thankful!!

Since I have changed to Vanderpoel, I often forget the days to put my garbage/recycle to the street since it's different days then my old company. They have came up my driveway a few times now and still got the cans! Truly an amazing company and very reasonably priced.

They are so responsive to any questions. They reach out when they notice you falling behind. Their drivers are 100% top notch. I have forgotten my cans more then once and have had them back down to them for pick up. The times I forgot and cans were out of sight they allowed me to arrange a drop off so I wasn't over full till next pick up. They are top notch all the way around.

Very happy with the service. Home weekly trash pickup. The price is outstanding especially if you pay by the year.. I have spread the word to my neighbors

We have had a few different garbage companies over the last 15 yrs and Vanderpohl is by far the best and the most affordable company we have had.Very pleased with their customer service and service in general I highly recommend this company!
