Woodsong RV Resort

We were.there for several days during the week two weeks ago. My wife and I had a wonderful time . We pretty much had the whole resort to ourselves , as it’s not too busy at all during the week.
We enjoyed the pool and overall solitude of the experience and hope to be back there again next year!

Previous review complained of the speed limit. That limit seems annoying but since our site was right next to the entrance road, the unnaturally slow traffic eliminated concern for dust and safety of little kids. Good policy!

Our row of sites had plenty of clearance for 30ft camper, mine being taller 5th wheel it did bump some branches. But I’d rather have that than no branches at all. The other row of nightly sites did look a tad tighter.

Pool was warm and clean, hot tub too. We visited during the week so can’t speak to the lodge/snack stand since it was closed.

Grass was nice, so I understand the no-rug rule. As for the dump station, I bypassed but I do see the problem with the location, however minimal nightly sites available prob makes it less of a need/priority.

We’ll be back someday, ideally during the week. I have a feeling the pool is a bit full on weekends. Good work!

I can’t imagine a better campground for a family! We were seasonal residents there for 3 years and made many wonderful memories. The owners, Tex and Rebecca, are great. The pool area is amazing. Great fishing or water recreation 5 minutes away on Ann Lake. Highest of recommendations for either a seasonal or weekend getaway!

I would like to compliment both Tex and Rebecca for such a lovely, clean and well run campground. They went out of their way to make our trip easy and pleasurable.

The Campground is very well maintained, The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Best campground by far yet. The views from most campers are amazing. I love how close the lake and the restaurants are to the campground. It amazes me how well the people connect with each other in the great outdoors. 10/10 would recommend.

Always have a great time here, pool is clean and the chalet has all kinds of things to do for kids. Owners seem to really care about your experience. Most of the weekend sites are great, we've stayed in a couple that were tight with your neighbors.

We had a great family weekend here! The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The owners are amazing! My son married his long time love here and the owner gave them the sweetest wedding memory gift. We can't wait to go back!

Brought the family to Woodsong a few weeks ago for a weekend camping trip. We really enjoyed our time there. Nice pool, hot tub and friendly staff. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great family RV resort sitting atop Lake Ann with fantastic amenities. Kids love the heated pool and playground. I highly recommend checking out the activities calendar. The owners do a wonderful job planning different activities that are fun for the whole family.

This is a great family RV resort. There's a good mix of seasonal and day campers on any given weekend. The pool is nice, my kids love it. The pool area has plenty of seating and umbrella covered tables. There is a lake with a public landing for fishing or pulling kids on a tube adjacent to Woodsong.

Nice family owns it, very clean park. Giant chess and checkers are very unique and we love playing them. The pool and spa water is crystal clear and fun for the whole family

We have been seasonal residents at Woodsong for over 2 years. The campground is VERY nice, clean and taken care of. They have a nice pool, boat storage and some snack foods available for purchase. I would recommend this campground to anyone. It is less than 2 hours from the Twin Cities.

A safe, clean, and maintained resort that we have been coming to for many years. A five mile an hour in park rule makes it safe for the kids and gives peace of mind for parent. A great place for friends to meet around a campfire with s’mores optional..😎

Woodsong is ultimately manicured and clean. The hosts and campers genuinely care about the appearance and mood of relaxation at Woodsong. Our grandchildren enjoyed the large 7 foot deep pool and the life-size chess and checkers sets. The campground is set in the words and there is no highway noise. This is our favorite place to set up our RV.

Great peaceful campground. Chilly weekend but overall nice weather. Lots of amenities and the pool looks like it would be great on hot Minnesota day.

This is a great place to bring family and make friends. Owners take amazing care of the grounds and the people that stay there. Lots of activites during the camping season.

Love it so much we purchased a seasonal spot! Great owners and friendly and happy campers. A must visit spot!

We have been coming here for 15 years, great place for kids, our kids are grown and still like to come with us, they have made friends here, the owners are great people and remember you and your kids and things we have going on as well as they send us thankyou notes, they are just great people

First timers this weekend and wow, what a great campground! Very clean and the owners are so friendly and helpful! We would recommend Woodsong to everyone!!
