Tabitha helped me to select the correct part for my oven (I called for a temperature sensor and she talked me into an igniter). $42 and the igniter was replaced within an hour. Working oven two days before Christmas. Thank you, Tabitha!!

Jen went out of her way to help us get a washer. We were in a jam from a previous purchase not getting serviced under warranty. We now know they do all their warranty work and will be doing all our future appliance purchases here! Very happy with her great customer service, she even got our washer in early!

Ivan is a great employee to work with! He goes above and beyond to help and answer any questions you may have in a timely manner. If he doesn’t have the answer he makes sure to find out and call you back when he does. I give him and all of the staff credit for how well they do their job given all the challenges they’re facing during this time of uncertainty.

Clean and friendly service, small town prices (typically going to pay more here) We purchased our refrigerator here, mattress prices were too far above others.

Amazing people that are doing a great job. It took a few tries to get the right fix, but they started with the least expensive route first. No complaints and a fair price for a job done right!

Purchased a new washer and dryer here. We are extremely satisfied! They had the set we were looking for but it was priced a bit higher than another store so we showed them the advertisement from said store and they price matched it on the spot. The agent who helped us was knowledable and friendly. We will be going back here for future purchases.

Edited my original review. Previously some miscommunication internally lead to my falling through the cracks, but these guys did a great job of sorting everything out.

Covid has really screwed up the appliance world especially if you are looking for specific needs. I appreciate the customer service and prompt turn around to help us get our new range and our soon to be delivered washers and refrigerator.
