They were kind enough to direct me to a place that could meet my needs even though the needed glass work was not part of their repertoire.

Got my windshield replaced. Exactly what I wanted. Was able to drop my car off and pay at what I consider after hours 5pm. They use the same receptionist as a tanning place. Very convenient for working a normal 8-5 job.

Cheaper then my safelite quote also by 60$

They were quick too get me in and clear with the expectations of repairing a crack in my windshield.

Mike did a great job replacing my windshield! He came to work, picked it up got it replaced and drove it back to my work. He was fast, wash and extremely convenient for a busy schedule!

They were prompt and clean. I had no hassles with no part of it . I did not have glass coverage and the price was decent. I have had them put in 3 windshields in 3 different vehicles this year. Never had a problem.

Fast and friendly. Dropped our car off on the weekend as the windshield replacement needed to be done in the shop due to cold temps. We left the keys with the tanning place in the same building. They got right on it Monday morning, and called us by 9:30.

I called at least 40 different glass companies, I explained the situation to each, commercial vehicle hit Turkey, caved in drivers side windshield, truck down. Mike Nelson Auto Glass listened and said he would get there asap. All others said either a hard no or we can schedule later that week.
