I’ve been attending on and off since Fit Body Boot Camp was bought out. The trainers stayed the same. Every time I’ve come I’ve seen results with each challenge. Consistency is key and with it Ive seen results. Your paying for the convenience of coming in to a class that’s ready for you. As a full time mom and professional this works for me.

Great neighborhood gym if you are looking to work out in a non big gym environment. They offer additional classes and a weekend boot camp, all included in your membership!

The classes are key. Boxing is amazing and boot camp on Saturday is a must. Careful of bootcamp. Scale it for your level the first time.

It’s a great gym!!! There are a variety of workouts you can do weather you’re a regular, bodybuilder, or if you’re doing cross fit!

This gym is like no other! Jake the owner/trainer honestly cares that you are successful. Everyone there is so friendly! It’s addicting 💪🏻

Only been once so far but I will be back! Clean with friendly atmosphere and a sauna! The owner is super chill and accommodating

I was locating a gym locally and I came across this one I called and asked how much did it cost to attend. He said that it was free. When I called about the gym it was in March, so I made to sure to call again in June. He insured me that it was free to attend. The first time I went it she asked me to sign in. The second time I went he didn’t ask me to sign in.

This third of me attending I signed because there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. I was approached by this man he gave off a weird aura, he started questioning on whether I had a membership. I began to explain to him that I was under the impression it was free based on the two times I visited. I told him I would leave because it was obvious there was miscommunication between him and whoever was supposed to be at the front desk.

The two times I visited it was nice but this time it was unprofessional and miscommunication. It seemed like he didn't know how to speak to people based on his moment. When I told him I was leaving he walked out the door then I called my mom to pick me up and he walked back in.

Understand this once he left I stood up and grabbed my stuff then called my mom he came right back in not a second later he was standing in front of the door. I walked out and proceed to leave down the street. When I looked behind me he was checking to see if I was still on the premises.

People are weird especially when they don't know how to run a business. Here are some tips on how to run any business: Put your pricing on your website as well that you require membership. This is the key component you're missing the fact I had to call to ask if I had to have one let you know you are not accessible to users. I checked the website before I called what's the point of having a website if not all the information is on there.
