We had Up North Fireplace help us with our fireplace for our new build. We had no idea where or how to even start, Greg and Jackie were so helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed to complete our project making it seem easy. They went above and beyond! It turned out even better than we could have hoped! I would highly recommend using them!

Today my husband and I stopped into Up North to inquire about wood burning inserts and get some help understanding a chimney repair estimate we got during the purchase process of our home. Jackie was truly AMAZING! We not only got a terrific high-level understanding of old chimneys and the repair/insert installation process, our minds were completely set at ease by Jackie’s expertise, authentic listening and personality. She even took the time to draw the scenario out!! We now have a confident step by step process for moving forward after we close- and that is truly priceless in this nutty housing market. There’s no need to shop around, Jackie won our business and we will be calling ASAP after we close! Thank you!!!

I purchased a gas insert to be placed into an old wood fireplace. I stopped at Up North a couple of times, and a salesperson instantly met me and showed me the options. Then, Kevin came to the cabin to see for himself what needed to be done, and selected the best gas insert that would fit the fireplace and work. They scheduled an installation date for my convenience. The installers (Chad, Ryan and Luke) were the most efficient group I have ever seen- they worked seamlessly together, and had the unit installed, a new gas line run to the fireplace side of the house, installed the new gas line into the fireplace, and had a new chimney top installed in half the time I expected. They knew what they were doing.

We are so happy with our fireplace and had some questions.The fix was easy and repairman was courteous, on time and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and I was shown what to do. I DEFINITELY am glad we bought our fireplace from Up North Fireplace. The service is excellent.

From the moment I called this company I received the most wonderful service! Jackie in the office gave me so much of her time as I explained the issues we were having with our fireplace. She set up a service appointment with Kevin who diagnosed and fixed the fireplace in a timely and professional manner. They are very nice people and we highly recommend them!!

Highly recommend them. Called Jackie this morning to troubleshoot starting my fireplace after not being run since winter. Needed to have it running for home inspection for buyers. Jackie, managed to get me a tech out to reset the fireplace today, even though they are very busy right now. Thank you VERY much!!!

I can't speak to an in-store experience but I called looking for a user manual on an old wood stove that came with a house I got. I couldn't find anything online for the stove. They dug around, made some calls and got back to me with the correct manual! Pam helped me out on the phone and was very friendly. Thanks!

I have always enjoyed the up north fireplace gallery because of the overall quality of the products. Along with that I have enjoyed all the employees I have met at up north fireplace they have always treated me nice and worked hard. After all is said and done I am satisified with the overall fireplace experience I am left with a 5 star experience!
