Today, I had my first maintenance with Kia Feldman for my new car. I’ve been in the United States for over 10 years, and I have never had an excellent experience like I did today. Cole Bowman, the service advisor, was excellent. What a respectful and smart young man! The schedule was on time, the wait for the service was not long, and the lounge was very nice, allowing me to work on my laptop and complete my tasks.

Always great service! Work always done in a timely and professional manner. My Service Advisor Cole was very pleasant and helpful answered any questions and concerns I had. Found answers and solutions for me. He was awesome!!!! Darnell serviced my car fast and efficient. The staff are always friendly when I come here.

Cole was amazing! He was able to deliver on a service request that their reservationists could not do. They are lucky to have him. My only negative is that they charge an extra fee if you use your credit card- not for your bank card but for credit cards. Not a good practice.

Drew Feldman was a great salesman. We had never been to this dealership, and would absolutely buy another car there. I've already referred him to friends.
He took lots of time to explain all the features, packages of all the cars we were interested in. He did not pressure us or rush us. I am so happy with the Kia Sportage we purchased there.

This was the first time I had to take a car in for a recall. I was impressed by the friendly service personnel. The waiting area was clean and stocked with drinks and snacks. They also took care of my car in a timely manner. Would go back to this service center to see if they can maintain this.

Outstanding and supportive customer service. Came to Feldman Kia for an engine insurance claim. Despite the adjusters doing their best to stall the process, Feldman made sure we were aware of all the changes and pushed back on the defective parts sent by the insurance companies vendors. Truly saved us time, money and emotional frustration.

Very professional, Cole greeted me with a smile in the service garage. He asked for the name of the appointment and he was able to start the process of my appointment. I was dropping off the car the night before, for my appointment in the AM. I was in for a safety recall on a model from KIA. I also had in my center console my tags for my plate. I asked Cole if he could put it on my plate. With a smile he said he would love too. First impressions are the most lasting ones. I also received text messages throughout every process within 24hrs that kept me in the loop in regards to the service they were doing. Upon pick up of my vehicle everything was done with no added worries. Good job service team!

10 out of 10 recommend! Great service! If you need a new car go over there and talk to them. I bought a Kia Sportage and it's a real beauty! The screen is huge, the seats are comfortable and roomy, it drives like a dream! I dealt with Jeramie "Moose" Brown. I can't recommend them highly enough!!
