I recently stumbled upon this wonderful organization’s site, during an unexpected hospital stay. Having experienced a near-death situation, I decided to finally begin my journey into the study of Buddhism.

This shop has all the tools one would need, to start or continue their quest for enlightenment. And I personally appreciate that the items sold are directly from the region of the Himalayas. Take the incense, for example…it is obvious to me that it has no added fragrances, as can often be found with incense produced here in the West. True, authentic, Eastern products is what you receive when you buy from the crew at Dharma Shop.

By the way - I have made 5+ purchases through them so far, and the customer service has been nothing short of excellent. Thank you, to all the staff members (seven? You are rockstars!) 🕉🙏🕉

I recently purchased 2 singing bowls from the Dharma shop. When I received them, I was not overly pleased with how the one bowl was singing. I reached out, and Alexandra was incredible to deal with. She helped me find a bowl that would be a better fit for me and my clients' needs. I highly recommend this small business as they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. It was my first experience with the Dharma Shop. I've ordered two Moon signing bowls and just now, reading the negative reviews I am quite surprised. I had an excellent experience with a customers service, the bowls arrived nicely packed... The bowls sounds and looks EXACTLY as it was pictured / reordered on the website, when using the wool mallet (not included). The included mallet is small, so I would just go and order the wool one to produce the same deep tone.

I've been ordering from here for years, usually an order or two every year or two for both my own items as well as items used as gifts for others-- malas, incense, prayer flags, prayer scarfs and even a few jewelry items. I have been very pleased with the quality of the items, and they are packed well and with care. Shipping is usually very timely. Its very rare there's an order issue-- of all of times I have ordered, there is only one time I experienced an issue. I had a small item missing from an order, but they are very prompt in both answering and resolving the issue in a timely and with courtesy. The item pricing is reasonable, and knowing that it supports the artisans better than other online-purchasing options is well worth it.

Edited- Alexandra went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase from the dharma shop. She called me so I could hear the other bowl options she had in stock and made it easy for me to return the bowl I had already received, and she sent out my new bowl the same day. I highly recommend this small business as they really do care about keeping their consumers happy. Thank you again, Alexandra

I ordered 2 bowls and received them yesterday. One is the new master singing bowl, and the other is the heart sutra singing bowl. They are both beautiful to look at, but unfortunately, the heart sutra bowl is not playing very nicely due to having a fawl in the inner ring of the bowl. I can tell it would sound beautiful if not for this issue, but with this issue, it lets off a vibration that lasts approximately 8 seconds after being rung, and it does not sound pleasant. I did message the company yesterday morning and am still waiting for a response from them. I'm hoping they rectify the issue as I will not be able to use it for my sound therapy sessions in which I purchased it for.

Good prices and very fast shipping. My order shipped the same day and was delivered two days later. I ordered mala bracelets from them and they are made with high-quality synthetic cord. I have had other bracelets in the past with cotton or low-quality cord that wore down quickly and tore apart. I will definitely shop with The Dharma Shop again.

I wanted mini prayer flags to hang over my meditating Buhdda dog. Found them here on line and they were delivered two days later. Lovely quality, bright colors. I will be back to get more stuff.

I have been a satisfied customer of The Dharma Shop for a number of years. The Dharma Shop Products are high quality and their customer service is excellent. I have purchased jewelry, mala beads and prayer flags. Of course, prayer flags don't last but, impermanence is part of the lesson that the flags teach. I highly recommend the Dharma Shop.

My singing bowl is absolutely gorgeous. It came with a storage case and a little cushion and the striker. The tone is unbelievable. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be back for me.

Great cause and although the items are a bit pricey they have numerous sales. Customer support is awesome and products are well made and look great. FYI - They also have a restringing service for malas or other bead type jewelry.

Prompt service, good quality merchandise and in addition, my article (a bracelet) arrived wrapped very nicely in the kind of paper wrapping used in Asia. It looked like a gift.
