I bring my Kia EV6 here for service and I've always had a great experience. I haven't purchased a vehicle from this dealership before so I can't speak to that, but based purely on the service I've experienced, I would definitely consider buying a car here.

This dealership was perfect for me after having a falling out with a Ford dealership. Ford had lost me as a loyal customer of 25 years. The people working at this dealership were all on top of their game when it comes to giving their customers undivided attention. I was greeted by a sales person (his nick name is Moose) in less than a minute. He listens to my needs and comes up with the perfect car to replace my 10 year old Ford Focus Titanium hatchback. Within 10 min I test driving this beautiful blue Kia Forte GT. 30 min later I was doing the paper work at 9pm at night and picking up my car at 10:20 am the next morning.

I bought a 2024 Kia Sportage the last week of May, Austin was amazing, the whole process was easy and amazing and I drove my new car home on June 1, and I am still so in love with it.
It is my 2nd Kia. My previous car was a Kia Soul. Austin found me a beautiful color as well, I am very pleased with the whole process.

The service dept is awesome. Everyone in the service dept is just terrific to work with. I stopped by last week because I had several questions about the service I had done earlier in April. I was confused with the answers I was getting from the service rep I was talking to.
When I pulled in I was immediately met by Bill, one of my very favorite service guys. Bill answered ALL of my questions and actually educated me on several things about my truck and the timing of certain service needs. The previous rep I was working with just didn't take the time to really explain everything like Bill did.
I highly recommend Feldman of Novi for any of your future vehicle needs.
Ask for Charlie Webb, he truly is the best salesperson because he's honest!! He won't talk you into something you can't afford.

My son bought a car here yesterday. So far everything is smooth. The salesman seemed good to work with. It's quite a drive from home but if things stay good I'll probably make the decision to make that drive too. Good experience.
Now the edit...it's been a while since he got his car. He's happy with it and so am I. BUT WATCH THE PAPERWORK. Partially my fault and partially his fault, but somewhere a good chunk of money didn't go where it was supposed to go. Like I said good car but check the numbers. Our fault, but some sleight of hand somewhere got my son's cash.

When I arrived at the Kia dealership I was greeted promptly checked in by Jean. My service was completed a day ahead of the promised time and I was kept in formed at each step of the process by Jean. Thank you Jean, see you again for my next service.

My engine light came on and my car had less than 27,000 miles. Ms. Price in the service division is the best! She was kind, understanding, professional, and helpful. She has waited on me before, and is always nice. In a pandemic where tempers can run short, she is the sun on a rainy day.
