I don't mind paying a premium to a local company however I am not getting what I am paying for. Several weeks ago, I called and asked about how to separately arm home and pole shed, initially I was told this cannot be done without installing additional control panel, 15 minutes after that conversation the same gentleman called back and informed me that he just learned it's possible to create a separate partition on the TC 2.0 app. He also said a colleague of his will call me on Monday (as that was a Friday) and they will help me create a new partition for my shed that can be armed and disarmed independently from the house itself. Several weeks passed and nobody called.
